Absolutely amazing, the staff were incredibly kind and supportive We’re always there for an inquiry and always happy to lend a hand! The room we were in was clean and tidy when we got there, a bit of a draft as the window was letting in some cold air. Staff absolutely loved our baby and would always say hi to us, would definitely recommend!

Really clean room and a nice size. Quiet and yet close to M5. Staff very helpful. Super value for money. Had drinks in bar at night again good value. You would not be disappointed with this travelodge.

Great room, very clean. Soft bedding. Great restaurant Will always stay here when in Tewkesbury Easy car parking, easy check in. Friendly staff Would recommend staying here when in Tewkesbury. Great location

Only 1 night stay to visit university. Staff very welcoming. Issue with room sorted very quickly. Room is very basic but clean and comfy. Not the luxury of other hotels, but much cheaper, so you get what you pay for. A bit of noise coming from traffic, but not enough to disturb. Very quiet area. Breakfast plentiful and tasty but ambience not great when sitting by reception. Issue with ovens for dinner but told of delay and after deciding to eat elsewhere, they refunded meal deal monies already taken. Would stay again if needed quick stay somewhere.

My wife , our teenage son , our dog & l stayed here for 2 nights & it was a very memorable stay…apart from a human error incident of which newly arrived guests were also given pass cards to our room & were about to walk in as we were all falling asleep & had to call out in the dark the room was occupied,they apologised & left. Next morning we spoke with reception about the incident , received a sincere apology & were given a discount voucher off any future stay at Travelodge… how the mix up happened was explained & understood. After this the rest of our stay went without incident & as we engaged with different staff over the 3 days the level of customer service, friendliness & sincere care in our stay was very much noticeable & appreciated… We even had a staff member hold our dog whilst we made up our plates with breakfast & then we all sat in the meeting room which is reserved for guests with pets. Our son was taking part in the British National Tae Kwon Do C’ships nearby & the reception staff wished him good luck as we left for the competition on Saturday morning & we’re full of congratulations as he walked in with his gear stull on & medal around his neck later that day., which he thought was great. Overall the hotel itself was great, the family room was d spacious with a very big bathroom & such comfortable beds! A very fine staff & 1 I’m sure the manager is proud of … 10/10…

The hotel is lovely and clean and really welcoming. Amy and Andrew were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend the hotel and will be returning here for such.

My first room reeked of dog, even the staff agreed. My second room only smelt of dog and the TV didn't work. I couldn't be bothered to change rooms again as I arrived late. Having said that the staff were friendly and helpful.
