This hotel was good value for money. The Rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast service was good and there was plenty of choice to choose from. I would recommend this hotel.

Family room for Two Adults and Two Children Booked. All we got was a small room with one large bed and two single beds on the floor. We all kept banging our toes against the legs of the large bed as there was little room to walk about. At one instance one of the children split their toe nail. You...

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the dynamics of our rooms did not suit your family requirements. As a relatively new property we were built with slightly small proportions due to our CSR and wish to be more carbon friendly. Excellent facilities and friendly approachable staff. Decor and standards of the room are the best I have had and made the stay pleasurable. Room overlooked the air conditioning units which were nosy at times but this was the only slight fault I could find. Would definitely us the company again.

I will come back at every time if I have the Chance to travel to Shirley/Solihull. At least, one comment, I Think the beds are a little bit to short. But Overall, I had a great time in the Hotel. So it makes me no Problems to recommend the Hotel to all of my colleagues

Overall very good. Clean and efficient service with a nice bustling atmosphere downstairs. The room service main meals were also very nice. I never received a reply to my online query form, however, i'm sure this will get resolved as I am keen to use this hotel many more times in the future.

Room was cosy and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel itself was very modern and beautifully presented and the staff there are exceptionally helpful and attentive. The food was also great and overall a great value for money.

Top deck room can only be described as average. Paper fin walls is the worst point. Not possible to change temperature not best, you can set a different temperature but has no impact. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good. Bar pricey. Would only recommend if price is good, I don't see this as a £100+ hotel.
