Just had a quick lunch at The Victory bar at this hotel. The food is very poor 3 out of 10 I have given it. We had the classic burger which was dry and over cooked with a very poor salad of mainly just chopped up lettuce. My wife had the chicken wrap, the chicken was over cooked and very...

Dear Stephen G, Thank you for your review, although it is disappointing to hear you did not enjoy your meal, I can assure you this is not the usual standard we deliver. This feedback has been passed on to our Head Chef to ensure we pick up on the areas you felt we fell short on. I hope that we...

We held our annual works party here, the night was a comedy and was very good - all of the comedy acts were good, one of which excelled, but all were very funny and would have been worth paying money to watch. Rooms in the hotel were of a very high standard, which is the norm for a Village Hotel...

Good Village hotel, the self check in screens actually work very well and I found them easy to use. Rooms are a good size and modern in design. Plenty of parking on site and a good size lounge and reception area. Has all the normal facilities you expect from the chain, and of course complete with a Starbucks on site.

Booked last minute after visiting the area . Found a good price on line and was very impressed. Especially the pool sauna steam and jacuzzi. Nicely decorated and modern rooms. Breakfast was sufficient although had better. Lots of local eateries nearby if not dining in the hotel. Would definitely return if in the area.

Stayed here on Friday night, we were given a dark room at the back next to a generator, I went straight back to reception who kindly swapped it to a front room. The £1 burger in the bar is good value. Room as usual was nice & clean. However, I'm not sure if they have changed their food supplier, but...
