This is the second time we have stayed here for business the location is great and the hotel itself is perfect. A big thank you to Amber in the bar who gave us fantastic service and had a great big smile on her face!

Decided to book a £50 Sunday night deal and was really impressed. Good room, nice evening meal and excellent service in both the restaurant and bar. Added bonus was the use of the leisure club which had one of the best gym facilities that I have used at any hotel.

Had some issues with the TV working and breakfast buffet being replenished, but overall it was a clean place, with lots of facilities. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Didn't use the gym but it looked good.

Stayed here several times, and feel it is getting better, pillows could be a bit better, my room was opposite of the entrance to elevator, but apart from 1 night had no disturbance from loud people on hallway.

Would not come back and would not recommend, we have put in a complaint and would like our money back as it is not worth £100 a night. Staff did not listen the first time to change our beddings, bathroom and kettle full of dirt.

Had a good stay Overall. The iPhone connector is outdated though and the Shampoo was filled up with water. The automatic checkin worked okay, but can be improved. The tablets were freezing up quite often.

Average hotel. Everything that you needed and decent bathrooms. Nice room although not soundproof and the sound of doors slamming all night was annoying to say the least. Good breakfast saved the day.
