I highly recommend this beautiful spacious B&B. Chris's hospitality is second to none, she is very welcoming, kind and caring, even offering to bring a drink to my room when I felt exhausted. The rooms are clean, bright, fresh and the garden and conservatory are so lovely. A wonderful place to stay!

Stayed at Appletreewick last November whilst visiting Birmingham and can thoroughly recommend this accommodation. The Proprietor (Chris) and her family make you feel very welcome (A real "Home-fromHome"). The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious and has a great en-suite. Very comfortable bed and all facilities ( Flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities included). A lovely breakfast...

My Mum and I shared a twin bedded room with en-suite for two nights. The bedroom and en-suite were spotlessly clean and the room was lovely and comfortable with a view over the gorgeous garden. The pricing was also competitive. We arrived late in the evening and Chris welcomed us with a pot of tea accompanied by some lovely biscuits....

I am very pleased for my stay at Appletreeweek. I've been there for about one year and every day was OK. Very clean place, I stayed in room number 5, I had a shared bathroom and I could use the kitchen anytime I needed. It was more than just a B&B for me, it was my home and I I...

Chris is very welcoming. We got tea and biscuits on arrival, lovely room, lovely house, easy access to Solihull. Such a welcoming B&B. Breakfast was great too. Would highly recommend. Quiet location, very clean and Chris can't do enough for you. Excellent value for money.

Nice worm, and home atmosphere. Nice and very comfortable rooms, quite neighbourhood. Just few minute from Solihull center. About one hour by bus to Birmingham center. I stayed here for about 2 weeks while working in Birmigham, and sure wish to come back even with family if we decide to visit Birmingham.

I stayed here from December 2015 to June 2016 whilst working away from home. I've stayed in room 1 and room 3. Both are twin ensuite rooms, room 1 being the larger one. Room 1 has an amazing jacuzzi shower which was perfect after a long run or tough day at work. I was happy in either 1 or 3....
