I visited Ravenhurst guesthouse for the first time last week, staying over for 3 nights. All I can say is what a friendly, spotlessly clean and welcoming establishment and the breakfasts were most enjoyable. I will return!

Clean rooms, polite staff and a decent breakfast in the morning. Rooms are slightly dated and old fashioned. If you like a touch of character then you should stay here. Good for when working in the area.

Went to a wedding at the Solihull Motorcycle Muesum and got recommended this place, very happy. £8 taxi to the museum. Easy to find and a 5 minutes stroll into the centre of Solihull. Parking front and rear. Stayed in room 1, twin beds with an ensuite. Clean, tidy and very big. We had a cooked breakfast which was just...

We received a warm welcome at Ravenhurst Guest House both from staff and the proprietor. The place offers everything you need for a comfy stay and you will get some good advice and even a helping hand, if you need it. Solihull itself is a good place to stay even for a visit to Birmingham, as public transport is good,...

Would have give an Avarage to all of it .... Better prices around the area and on a 3 star + accommodation places. Place is old and needs an update .... Ikea could help more and better. Would consider some working 21 century tv with free view and fresh silicon around the showers

Not a big fan of the cloned chains so usually try for B&B's looking for character and quirky. 10 minute walk from Solihull Town centre this place is clean and very comfortable. Beds excellent. Everywhere clean and breakfast spot on. A good value stop. Only minor issue would be time for hot water to be acquired in Room 1 -...

Great location, we went at the weekend but I imagine car parking might be a bit tight in the week. Helpful, friendly owners. Lovely Victorian house, loved the old wardrobe with named shelves :-). Good tasty breakfast, comfortable spacious room, my only criticism would be the tiny TV. Would definitely stay again.

Although I booked just three hours before arriving, and on a weekend when there was a big event at the NEC and local accommodation was almost non-existent, John managed to offer me a cancellation room for less than £40 ...including breakfast! My room was very small but all I wanted was a bed for the night. In the morning I...

My sister and I stayed here with our 4 children this weekend and we will most definitely be returning. We have family in Solihull and visit quite regularly but with so many of us we needed somewhere to stay that wasn't expensive. The prices are extremely reasonable and the location is convenient. Ravenhurst greets you with it's beautiful Victorian stained...

I stayed in Solihull for 5 weeks with 2 other colleagues, John and Linda went out there way to make sure we felt at home the whole time we were there. Location is excellent, always clean and pleasant to return to at the end of each day. Better than any hotel in the area. Would definitely recommend Ian
