We booked two rooms together, I have a disabled parent and were offered rooms upstairs, unfortunately this premier inn has no lifts. One member of staff said we have a room on the lower floor but its a bit smelly and I wouldn't like to stay in there myself. The "hotel?" was dated to say he least and was dirty....

Stayed here the night before a wedding at a nearby venue. Does exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn, but nothing more. Basic room with few amenities, in need of a little modernisation but you get what you pay for. The only major criticism would be the water pressure in the shower, which verged on the ridiculous, nothing...

I use premier inns a lot, and this is one of the worst I have seen, it is in serious need of an upgrade, the mould in the bathroom shelves (room3) was impressive. cant be compared to other excellent hotels in the chain, but would seriously recommend steering well clear of this one

If you are staying in the next few days I would not bother. My husband and I arrived on Friday around 5. On check in we paid for the room and went to our room. About 20 mins later we decided to go next door for a drink and something to eat. When we got to reception we were told...

A two night stay in what looked like a tired and 'under construction' Hotel. Staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit dated but clean. A few little things need more attention, like the plug not fitting the plughole in the bath. An alternative bathroom was offered but no hot water was available. The cloth chairs need a clean as...

I stayed 1 night as I was picking my son up (with all his camping gear) so he could go to Glastonbury with his mates. Wi-Fi reception was not possible in the room, but ok once you were outside, the bed was very comfortable & as expected the room was spotless. The bathroom was small but adequate & the staff...

Stayed here for 1 night after viewing the local university with my wife and daughter. It was everything you can expect from a premier inn, comfy bed, tea & coffee, shower etc. Clean enough. The only thing I would say is don't bother paying for the ultimate wifi until you've checked if you can get the free one ok. I...
