Awful...dirty, wallpaper hanging off, ceiling peeling, lumpy mattress, Lino in en suite dirty, and then the ceiling Leaked in the night...the phone in the room didn't work for me to call anyone, and if it did there's no manned reception anyway. I wiped my feet on the way out

In trying to review the whole package it's difficult to assess the experience I stayed in a double room for £60 and this was not great. The curtain was hanging down and the bed so far up against them you have to stand on the bed to draw them. Many handles were missing off the cabinets and the shower had ill...

Despite having a job to find the place originally as it's tucked in above TJ's, this weekend has just been one of the best ones of my life to date! Granted it may have been something to do with the company but in fairness the bar and hotel staff were all legends, the room was clean and cosy and the...

After picking this hotel due to the pictures on the website and price, I was a little disappointed. After reading the trip advisor reviews, I was horrified. I arrived and the man carried my bag up the stairs. He showed me to our room (9). On first glance, I was surprised. I then noticed that the lamp above the bed...

Unfortunately stayed here for 1 night and it was terrible. There was no hot water in our bathroom so we couldn't have a shower or wash. The radiator didn't work and the room was freezing (it was a cold November night). The duvet was thin and uncomfortable and didn't provide much warmth. My friends were due to stay in another...

To start with none of the lights worked and took him a good 15 mins to get them on. The room is a nice colour of purple but they didn't take the wardrobe away from the wall and just painted around it. So I can see the white behind it. The toilet seat is loose. There's a dip in the...

Use this hotel at your own risk!!! I have no idea how this facility can try charging £50 per night for this. My room was filthy. When I went into the bathroom the shower door had fallen off and the floor was collapsing. I'm sure if I stood on the floor I would have fallen through it. These facilities are...

Please please please, do not book this hotel, it is the worse hotel you will ever find, how it is still open is beyond me, if the health inspectors go in it will be shut immediately. Its filthy dirty the room we stayed in had a hole in the floor in the bathroom due to the floor rotting out because...
