We booked the PI Lancaster at short notie. We were pleasently surprised. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Stephen who assisted with plasters etc when a family member had an accident. I wish i could say the same for the Brewers Fayre next door. I will review seperately but all i will say it would be worth...

Stayed overnight to break a long journey from Scotland to the south of the UK. Overall a good experience, but a poor nights sleep due to our room being next to the foot of a busy stairway. Room refund scheme was offered and accepted and we would stay again here without hesitation.

As always a great welcome from reception staff and nearby restaurant. Some lovely walks nearby if you are staying for a couple of days - along the banks of the River Lune - lovely cafe/snack bar near Crook o'Lune. Near motorway but well sound insulated.

We chose to stay here overnight on our journey from Scotland to South England and it was very comfortable. So comfortable that we decided to book and stay on our return to Scotland. On our way down on 5 February, the gentleman on reception was excellent - very professional and helpful.

Premier Inn clean and tidy but stay away from the breakfast as its not worth the £8.99. Try to find cafe, the breakfast had been cook some time before we sat down and the eggs were like bullets. Maybe the chef needs to go on cookery class.

We used this Premium Inn as a stopover on our way to a wedding. Nice and near to the motorway, restaurant next door, comfortable beds, clean and polite efficient staff. Everything we needed. Would recommend

Great hotel supported by fantastic staff, will 100% ensure to visit again if requiring accommodation in the area. Room price was very good seen as how we only decided to book the night before, All other nearby rooms were in excess of £50 dearer

Rooms at Premier Inn always clean and fresh, Terri on reception very helpful lady. We booked a disabled room and a standard room, the disabled room would in my opinion benefit from a raised bed similar to the standard room as some disabled people cannot stand easily. Also think the disabled room would benefit from a walk in shower facility...

The hotel was fine it was the restaurant attached that let the experiance down. The position of the hotel is not central to Lancaster and there are no bus services near, you need to take your car in or get a taxi (recommended). A taxi cost £6 one way.
