We arrived on a Friday very tired. We were helped to check in and was soon in our room. having relaxed the sound of music soon became apparent and kept us awake on both nights until 1230 am. Not what we wanted after our journey. Apart from that we enjoyed our weekend. Thank you.

Hotel was evacuated just as I was starting my Spa Treatments at 11am. On return, I was given a very quick manicure and offered another session at 3.45pm. On arrival we were upgraded straight away, the room was spacious clean and well presented, there was a bit of confusion with breakfast the following morning with our names not being on there list but this was soon sorted and no extra charges to our bill, would happily stay here again

My friend had a lovely time, I found our Room was dirty! And had issues trying to rectify the problem. I wouldn't stay again, however, the food in the restaurant was nice so might eat there again. Also the leisure facilities where good.

Would not like to stay again. Poor cleaniness and not a nice experience. Went to reception and was up and down like a yoyo. Housekeeping never answer the phone. There was a fire and pool was evacuated, no vouchers or refund

Booked a night on offer to use spa facilities. The gym and spa both have excellent facilities. Well managed and well maintained. Booking experience was very good but room service poor. Spa and gym recommended but not stay overnight again.
