The breakfast was good. The bed was REALLY comfortable. The room was too hot...we had the fan on all night in March! The room seemed generally clean but had not been hoovered. We could hear the person walking in the room above us and could hear the boiler/generator going. Earplugs solved that and when I woke at 1:30am and took...

Hotel is average. Beds very comfortable but no air conditioning in rooms so quite warm at night. Would be a nightmare in the summer. Shower was very weak and not strong nor powerful. Hotel has plenty of parking which is a plus and also staff friendly and helpful especially when on arriving back one night our key decided not to...

We were very pleased with the room although a little small and unable to use the internet. The location was very good for our needs as we were visiting family in Dudley. We went out in the evening and found it rather noisy on our return due to the pub being so busy..

Booked on the seasonal promotion which was a great deal in itself but then to get the chance to upgrade to a club room was fab. Great room could have done with a main light in the middle of the room rather than just the led lamps on the bedside table. Also instructionson how to use the coffee machine and...
