I had paid for early access but was able to get in especially early as special circumstances. Staff were helpful on the phone and in person. It' s an older hotel so no air con but it was well aired and the upgraded beds were comfortable. Shower worked properly and all was clean & tidy

Excellent stay at this budget hotel which looks more like a stately home from the outside. Undoubtedly one of the best travel lodges I have stayed at. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and rooms bright and pleasant. Was not expecting the beautiful embossed ceiling and traditional windows really made for a very pleasant stay. Harvester restaurant is conveniently...

My mum and I stayed here for one night on 9th July 2016 and that was our first and last time we'll be staying here. We found the sink full of dirty brown water and a ball of someone's hair in the bin! Also when I booked online the site confirmed I had booked a twin room but on arrival...

satisfied customer - will return later this year. This was my second solo trip to this hotel and again am very satisfied with the services provided. A good choice for the budget conscious. This hotel is in a good location - near to shops but in a nice area and on the edge of countryside. Only thing to remember is...

Great place to stay, enough disabled parking, large accessible room, friendly staff. Its next door to a Harvester pub/restaurant which can be a bit pricey, but its good food. The staff at the hotel were friendly and it was clean

Booked this local hotel for my elderly aunt who came to stay for a family function. Very easy access. very large room with alarm pull cord, disabled rails and shower seat in bathroom, so she felt very safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As I provided her with meals, she didnt need to try the packed breakfast option. Plenty...
