Simply stunning hotel in beautiful surroundings, with very helpful and friendly staff! Our room was wonderful – Room 9 The Cresswell suite. Great for walks/running or just relaxing by the fire, nothing was too much for the staff, we will defiantly return! The only thing is you do need to pre-book taxi's in advance if you require them, but the...

About 3 miles outside Chipping Campden, the nearest small town, set in beautiful north Cotswolds countryside, the hotel is ideally situated for a romantic quiet getaway. The reception we received was first class being shown to our upgraded (at no extra charge) superior room by the manager himself. This was just as well as the hotel can seem a bit...

Had a champagne afternoon tea late Jan. Arrived at 1500hrs and it was quite busy and noisy. We were seated quickly to a table in the quieter drawing room which was appreciated. The strawberries that came with the champagne were flavourless but I guess it was out of season. The bread with the sandwiches was a bit dry, implying it had...

We had the most amazing time at the manor and the service was incredible - especially the food at both dinner and breakfast Would stay here every time we plan to visit this area if we are lucky enough

I chose this hotel for a Treat having received a Virgin Media Gift Voucher and my husband and I were both delighted with the hospitality we received. The staff were attentive and helpful; the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A fire was lit for us in the drawing room and Paolo who looked after us could not...

Husband and I stayed for 2 nights (including one dinner) and used the hotel as a base to visit Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. The hotel was very charming and comfortable with good attention to detail. Dinner was great and good value when included in the room price. We paid for a standard double room which was in the main house...

First visit, staying two days for an offsite business seminar. The main part of the hotel is a lovely old building in typical Cotswold stone, dating back centuries and set in glorious countryside. The welcome was warm and professional, the service extremely good and the food generally to a high quality. However, my room was disappointing with an odd U-shape...

We held a meeting for 8 people in January. The hotel has plenty of character and is really lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive and looked after us very well. My room was very nice with its own drawing room and fire. I used the swimming pool which again was really good and an opportunity to get some exercise....

I really recommend this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The house itself is beautiful with several lounge areas with open fires, and our bedroom was both luxurious and characterful. Breakfast was fantastic and the facilities were wonderful. We didn't really want to leave!

As soon as you drive up the Drive this place has the wow factor. If you have an image of a Cotswold Manor in your head this is it. As soon as we walked into Reception it was made to feel like we'd come Home. All the staff were so friendly & attentive but not so that they were annoying....
