We were in room 21 which had a lovely dual aspect and we did not have problems with noise as some others have mentioned. We did stay on a deal, hence my rating, though I would not have rated good value at the usual price. Both dinner and breakfast were very good with plenty of choice. The bed was very...

We had a lovely couple of days at this hotel. Staff in the dining room were very pleasant, nothing too much trouble. We were in Room 22, see recent comment, by the kitchen and although there was some noise it was quiet by 10 pm and no noise in the mornings, so whilst another room would have been nice, it...

A very cute hotel. Avoid rooms 14, 16 and 22; each has noise problems according to my experience and the comments from staff. Also if you like to have the window open at night avoid the rooms overlooking the smoking area outside the bar. I enjoyed my curry in the bar. Bar has nice atmosphere. Can be an effort getting...

We stayed at the Noel Arms for one night to beak our journey down to Cornwall. We chose it as was pet friendly (we had our dog with us) & because the pictures of the hotel looked lovely. We weren't disappointed we arrived earlier than check in so decided to have some lunch. The staff were so friendly & happy....

Room was fine but as it faced the street we needed darkness and the curtains did not work well. It took 2 days for the staff to fix them. Same for burned out light bulb. Coffee bar very good as was the pub. Dinner was average and breakfast above average. If you can carry a suitcase up creaky stairs, this...

Stayed for a couple nights including Sunday. Looks like new carpet to the stairs! Room was excellent, clean, quiet and overlooked the rear car park.Bar was well stocked and service was very good. Problem arose with breakfast. Ordered full English but did not want a number of the items and asked to double up on the bacon. Would not accommodate...

Thank you very much for your review. It is a shame that you have not responded to my enquiries via tripadvisor with regards to when you stayed, so i could investigate this matter further. Please accept my apologies that the missing rasher of bacon led to your stay being poor. We do have WIFI in all the rooms and public...

A group of us came to the Noel Arms Hotel for a meal and the food was amazing! We all had starters, mains and puddings and we couldn't fault any of it. The staff are also great and very attentive, we were never kept waiting for any request we made. Will definitely be recommending everybody to eat at the Noel...
