My wife and I, together with another couple of good old friends, made a week-long tour of Southern England in September and stayed two nights at Badgers' Hall. We had surely high expectations based on the overwhelmingly enthusiastic reviews we had seen. Were they fulfilled? More than amply! It did not take many minutes until we felt like old friends of Karen and Paul and homely settled in our venerable yet comfortable and spacious room. Later we enjoyed two delicious breakfast, promptly cooked to order from a range of choices, as well as a truly extraordinary afternoon tea "with all the trimmings". In the late evening we were able to hang around with our own drinks in front of the cosy log fire. Add to this a superb location in the very heart of picture-perfect Chipping Campden, with e g a small supermarket next door, as well as several excellent pubs and restaurants within very short walking distance. So our stay could hardy have been even a wee bit better - we left with joy in our hearts and tears in our eyes!

We’ve been coming here for years now and there’s always a warmer welcome from Karen and the staff. Everything is just perfect here from the service, array of delicious cakes - right down to the lovely tranquil garden in which to relax. The scones are just delicious and always fresh...and it’s so naughty to indulge once in a while. Thanks again Karen and your team from Irene and Mr B

A wonderful 2 night stay at Badgers Hall. Gorgeous large room on first floor overlooking the High Street, lovely large comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, cereals, juice, fruit, yogurt which you could help yourself to then a delicious menu where you could choose freshly made cooked items. I left my phone charger and Karen kindly sent it on to me. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stopped in by chance while out for a hike and slightly damp still received a really warm welcome and a charming lady place our coats on a radiator to dry a bit. The cafe is beautiful inside with a cosy atmosphere and a friendly dog . The cakes were just out of this world and all fresh made on the premises, just Devine and now it’s our cafe of choice whenever we are walking in the area.

We were welcomed by the lovely Karen and shown to a table in the courtyard with our dog. A bowl of water was immediately brought for him which he was very grateful for! We all ordered different cakes and wow!! The chocolate curl cake was delicious as was the treacle tart. All in all an amazing place.

If you like Tea & cake in a wonderful cosy room or if the suns out a quaint tea garden then this is the place in Chip Cam. We had an afternoon tea which was divine. Tasty small bites, delicious sandwiches, scones that you could hide behind accompanied by lashings of jam and cream and then…..the cakes!! We waddled out of the badgers full and very content. The waiting staff topped off a worth while visit. Tea & cake done the way your favourite aunt used to do👌🏼

My wife and I stayed with Karen and Paul for 2 nights last weekend on our way home from Cornwall. After a slow 7 hour drive from Bodmin what a relief to arrive at Badger Hall and park at the front door ! Karen had warned our restaurant booking we had been delayed and revived us with a pot of tea for Irene and a welcomed glass of chilled wine for me. Attention to detail, fabulous breakfasts and great hosting set our stay as top class. This house is run as all B and B's should be at the upper end of the market. Many thanks for a memorable stay. It was lovely to drop in for tea which we enjoyed in Karen’s pretty tearoom garden. We weren’t sure if Badgers was open on a Wednesday but thankfully it was and we enjoyed our usual treacle tart and a superb pot of tea. Service is 100% spot on and the ambience and lovely cakes added to a wonderful day to remember. Have a good season, Irene and Me B😀 catch up next time...😀

Sitting in the heart of Chipping Campden this seventeenth century tea room and B&B is a true delight. The food is excellent and quintessentially English. Our bedroom, overlooking the High Street, was full of old word charm very comfortable and a generous size. Hosts, Karen and Paul, make your stay special and are happy to make recommendations of places to have dinner. We took both of their recommendations and found the food exceeded expectations. This will be added to our lists of places to stay for a break away.

Very comfortable room and a first class breakfast provided. Owners are friendly and helpful. Right in the centre of the town and great for eating out as many restaurants a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.
