Hubby and I were down for the Cheltenham Race meeting and although we were not staying at The Lygon, we discovered it on our last night. The standard of customer service shown to us by the 3 females behind the bar was 1st class! Considering how busy it was due to the races, the 2 meals arrived promptly and were...

An old fashion coaching house, on the high street in Chipping Campden. Arrived late Monday afternoon, and was seen to my room by the very helpful staff. The room itself (room no.1) was large , with more then enough storage. Very well placed tv. Iron and ironing board very useful. En-suite was a very nice size. Breakfast was very good...

The staff were so welcoming to us (and the dog). The food was excellent (including the breakfast) and the attention to detail in the comfy courtyard room was very high. The area was really charming and all at a reasonable cost ! We will definitely be returning.

A small team of us visited the Lygon Arms, Chipping Campden for an off site meeting and away night with lunch and dinner. We originally thought we had booked the Lygon Arms, Broadway however this visit turned into a real treat. It does not have a faceless corporate feel, the place has loads of character and we enjoyed our all...

An old fashioned coaching house, this pub has a cosy bar which serves really excellent food. We went as a party of six. Tables nicely set for us and ready when we arrived. The food was clearly home cooked, nicely serves and tasted as good as it looked. No fine dining portions here! Service was pleasant and efficient and the...

The minute we entered the bar we were welcomed and asked what we'd like to drink. There were no available tables but the bar staff went out of their way to sort one out for us. It was very busy for a January night but the bar had a lovely atmosphere. My husband and I ordered different main meals and...

Lovely hotel and lovely people they couldn't do enough for us and our little toy poodle. The courtyard room was warm and comfortable and blissfully quiet. Really surprised to find when going into the bar for dinner not bar food but a wonderful restaurant menu and when the food arrived it was plentiful and excellent. The same at breakfast, what...

I can't fault this hotel! To me it was perfect in every way! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I stayed in the courtyard and the rooms were clean, spacious, warm and well equipped. Great mugs to make a decent brew in the morning too! Breakfast is one of the best I've had when staying away. The hotel...

We only stayed one night here but loved the loft style room. Chipping Campden is only quite small however this hotel is very conveniently located in the main street. If you enjoy a cold ale or glass of wine there is a lovely little bar at the front on the main street. Food was also good quality. Were building renovations...
