If there was an option to give this place no stars I would. Arrived early evening with two colleagues as we were booked on a training course for the next couple of days there. We walked in and a gentlemen on reception said take a seat. He didn't even look up from what he was doing, welcome us or explain...

Awful place. The receptionist asked us to sit and wait and was very rude and the smell in the reception area is indescribable! Feeling sick we were told where our rooms were and discovered that one smelt of stale wee, one had a mouldy shower and the other was cold and smelt of damp. The beds squeaked on turning and...

The price is so good that this hotel used to be my first choice when I wanted to stay on budget and enjoy a decent room (clean etc). Unfortunately last time I visited, I have realised that things have changed (not to the better) since when I visited a couple of years ago. The room was not dirty per se...

First of all the pics they have shown on their website are not true. Was welcomed by a angry lady who thought that we were staying there for free. She wasnt very happy about us checking in, or asking her about the parking or internet. I have absolutely no idea what was bothering her so much. The last time this...

Good location, on bus route into city centre. Room very hot and bed quite uncomfortable. Rooms need redecorating and plumbing could do with modernising as when I flushed my toilet it sounded like a ship docking!!! Breakfast was nice buffet. Cooked breakfast available at extra cost and evening meals available during the week. Courtyard area was very nice. I only...
