As others said, the hotel has probably seen better days, decor wise. However my room was neat and clean with shower and loo.Excellent value for central Manchester at £35 for the night. I'd return there.
The pub itself is cosy and friendly although definitely needs some tlc.Our room was cheap and very basic,but the bedding was clean. The en-suite was disgusting,and smelt dreadful. It needed a good clean.
