Without doubt the most chic place to stay in Manchester. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay extra special and you can feel the team spirit that runs amongst them; they all work together to make your stay memorable. So many personal touches that make you feel valued. We've eaten in the restaurant before and it was fantastic, this time we had room service and it was just as nice and it was HOT, which most hotels fail on! Breakfast was delicious too. The hotel is cleaner than clean, as are the rooms. Thank you to the Manager Matt and the whole team, especially Jie, who was a darling. I can't find one negative, other than it all went too quickly and I want to do it all again. Which we definitely will! Don't waste your time booking anywhere else in Manchester. This is the best.

This is a very comfortable and well run hotel that I recommend and where I would stay again. The staff are pleasant and professional. It is rather dark inside (and out) but that is no doubt the chosen design style. The food is well presented and attractive with a choice of bar or grill restaurant. Valet parking is expensive but public parking is available close by.

Truly amazing hotel and staff, we got an upgrade to a king, the fixtures n fitting are high standard, good location, a few mins walk from train station, and not too far into the city, the cocktails were lovely, only downside was they stopped serving drinks at 11.30, we went out for a meal and got back late Would stay at the Dakota hotels anytime

Myself and my fiancé stayed at the Dakota Manchester for two nights in the executive suite. The room was very clean and spacious. Added touches made the experience even more special such as staff leaving a welcome note with some chocolates upon arrival and putting music on as part of the evening turning down. The hotel is well situated you are no more than a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly station and a 10 minute walk from the city centre. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was amazing and staff in the in general were so friendly and helpful. Cocktails from the bar/terrace were also delicious! We would not hesitate to book a stay at a Dakota hotel in the future!

In a nut shell this hotel is amazing. Our second time at this hotel and we will keep going back. No other around can top Dakota. Gabriela, who works at the bar has the best soulful spirit, friendly, experienced and knows how to keep her customers coming back for more. Thank you Gabriela, you helped set the day even more. Be sure to get served by Gabi’.
