- Worst hotel ever - Nightmare - Telly wouldn't work, lights won't turn on - Bathroom was decent but felt like being in a prison, had to keep peeping out the bath curtains in case someone was standing with a sword (sounds funny but it's true) - I wouldn't even want to jump in the swimming pool god knows what...

We booked online a triple room for three nights: by the lesson learnt we will never do it again on this hotel. Staff very quick and efficient in charging at check-in the full 3 night + 3 (poor quality) breakfast (we trusted). The money paid does not reflect the same efficiency and reaction on providing the minimum service expected as...

When we arrived we were met by an irate customer at reception complaining to the receptionist about the dirty state of his room and the fact there was no hot water. He advised we didn't check in. His complaints fell on deaf ears when he finally got to see the manager! The receptionist assured us the hot water would be...

Two single beds very creaky couldn't move without noise plus a noisy extractor fan on ceiling could not switch off. Didn't sleep much. Plenty of hot ♨ water bath 🛀 shower 🚿 good only a bath towel and a hand...

Room 341. Stayed here on Friday very last min for £45 which was a bargain, the room had no windows but that wasn't as bad as we thought, BUT there were food stains on the bedside cabinet to our horror, the iron in the room had been safety checked in Sept (6months ago) and deemed faulty and it was still...

We stayed here on a Friday night. As we sat in the downstairs, there was a member of staff who was rude. There was a medical emergency and he was asked 5 times for a first aid kit and to call an ambulance. The staff member was called Victor who just ahold there and stared! After this we went to...

We originally thought this hotel was just tired and we were in a reasonably quiet room without doors banging etc so we put up and shut up. Unfortunately on further inspection on the day we left we found the room was actually dangerous. My husband is an electrician so knows what he is on about. The electrics were 2 years...
