This hotel was pretty poor. I stayed for two nights at easter. Dont be fooled into paying a little less because of the location. The lift has a horrible stale smell that they try to mask with cheap toulet freshner - they didnt make up...More
I stayed here for business a few nights ago and was a bit disappointed.

was there for a week, great service, breakfast was included and good, clean room, clean bathroom and great service . great location in the heart of Manchester, great for shopping . well done and keep it up :)

For me, I was fairly happy with the hotel. Definitely no where near as bad as some make out but maybe that's because I had the right expectation.

Plenty of car parks close by to choose from but though the hotel does not mention on there website when you receive your confirmation of booking they offer a voucher for £8.50 for 24 hrs in car park 10 mins walk or £4 overnight. If you only need the car to get to Manchester but not to run around city in Metrolink Tram Station roughly 150 yards from hotel across Piccadilly Gardens.
