Excellent location for this hotel, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The Bridgewater Hall is across the road and a large car park is within 200 yards of the hotel. This was our first stay at a Jury's Inn hotel and we will use this hotel in future on our regular visits to Manchester. Friendly professional staff...

Stayed at this hotel for business. Overall nice hotel. Restaurant food good and reasonable cost. room and bathroom more than adequate and clean. The bed however (room 437) was very uncomfortable and hard. Had a terrible nights sleep! Which was annoying as important meeting the next day. Not helped when I did doze off was woken by noisy guests in...

My wife and I travel to Manchester frequently to see our son who is at University there. We usually stay at a premier Inn or similar but decided to upgrade to this Hotel for the weekend. What a mistake. On checking in, we were not informed of the card pre authorisation required to book anything to your room. At 11.15pm...

Booked last minute for a Muse concert and so glad we did. Friendly staff ordered a taxi then called the room when it arrived so we didn't have to wait around in the hall. Room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and had everything you could think of or want! We didn't want to leave. Made a special...

The hotel is adequate, a little bit dated. I stated here years ago and not alot has changed to be fair. Listen everything was as advertised, so not a huge drama. I just found the entrance a bit like a fortress, the location good if you want to use the convention centre but a walk into the centre. Breakfast was...

Hotel is somewhat dark and dingy. Not inviting at all. Bedroom was OK in terms of the amenities, iron, tv, comfortable bed. Very!!!! small room. Had to squeeze past end of the bed to get past the hanging rail. Noise from traffic woke us up early morning.

The hotel was very noisy at night and very basic. It was also one of the more expensive hotels in the area and I did not feel I got value for my money! I really expected more from Jurys Inn and especially from this location. I don't see myself booking this hotel in future.

Stayed here for one night with my partner. I booked this hotel mostly due to location and it didn't disappoint on that, few minutes walk to reach plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The staff at the hotel were all welcoming and helpful. The general look of the hotel is great, lovely reception area. The room was basic but met...
