The hotel boasts a 24 hour bar. Unfortunately this was not the case. The bar man was rude and closed the bar when it was supposed to be open 24 hours. There was a TV in the room but there was no remote and no way of watching any tv. Ideally located for Manchester City Centre but that's about all...

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience though I was disappointed to hear that the stay was not to your expectations. Please accept my sincerest apologies. In regards to your comments about the bar; we do offer 24 hour food and drink although alcoholic drinks are served at the discretion of the night auditor. Also, in relation...

This hotel is perfectly located for the gay scene and Chinatown, and is exactly what you'd expect for the chain - a supremely comfortable bed, a spacious shower room with a very powerful shower, good double glazing and air con / heating. The free wifi is a little sluggish; it's about time hotel chains stopped this nonsense of charging for...

You can walk around Manchester easily from this hotel which is great, ten minutes from Piccadilly and 5 from Oxford Rd station. Reception is modern and clean and receptionists were friendly. Rooms were good but I've stayed in nicer for less money but the shower was huge. Subway right next door which was perfect for midnight snacks.

We chose this hotel partly due to it being a late booking and partly for its convenience of being in the centre of Manchester and the start line of the Great Manchester Run. As we had made plans for the Saturday morning, we took the opportunity of the early check in at 9:00 am. We were greeted with the news...

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise for the inconvenience on check in. We always endeavour to accommodate all requests. I am happy that our Reception team were able to offer a later check out to accommodate this. Once again thank you for your lovely comments regarding your room and congratulations on running the Manchester Run....

When you book Ibis you know exactly what you're getting, and this one does exactly what it says on the tin. Less than 10 minutes walk from anything in Manchester centre, and only a little further from Piccadilly Station. Clean, efficient check in / check out, friendly staff, cooked buffet breakfast, so ticks all the boxes.

Very good price for a good quality. Standard rooms, with the standard services provided but, new, modern, very clean. A very descent place to stay at a good price. I would recommended it without second thought.

Over the past ten years or so have stayed at this hotel for work and leisure. It's a nice central location walking from the train station, shops and nightlife. Particularly like the eating/bar area with the city street scene to watch the world go by, either for breakfast or an evening drink. Feel the staff all work hard to make...
