Excellent service, brilliant cocktails, good food and great rooms. We stayed overnight for a treat and took full advantage of the bar and restaurant both were well worth it. Obviously you will pay top prices but just see past that and enjoy the luxury

Lovely hotel, excellent speedy check in , very helpful reception staff. Our room was ready early, spacious bedrooms. My one minor criticism was that I did not think the bathrooms were as immaculate as I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Great choice at breakfast.

I'm asked by Marina did I have anything from the mini bar, I said yes 2 bottles of small water £ 7.90 then a shifty looking Marina talks to Big James and asks him something she then turns away and starts...

We didn't stay at the Hotel but 12 of my family went for afternoon tea. We choose here because 3 members of the family had been before and it was excellent. Not this time though, the bread used for the sandwiches was basic, fillings unimaginative, cakes OK, coffee dreadful and scones dry. The 11 who had the tea thought it...

5 star customer service. Very nice lunch, cheese board especially good. 4 star spa. Good treatments. Back massage very relaxing, pedicure a little amateur. Sadly not the best facilities. No pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc. Relax rooms not the best, a bit soulless and uncomfortable.

The Lowry is a perfect blend between luxury and comfort. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated and indulgent without feeling stuffy. The staff is so wonderful gracious and welcoming. We were only there for one night, but I know we will be back.
