Day 1 - No room available when I arrived at 2300 Hrs and was sent to another Premier Inn which had no car park. Day 2 - booking system was not operating and was made to wait 30 minutes in reception as other guests piled up. Didn't get processed for another 2 hours although I was taken to a room....

Dear Mr Parker, I sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you endured during your recent stay with us. As a brand it is not something we intend or plan to put our guests through. Unfortunately like you said our hotel's systems were suffering a massive failure trough both of your nights and at peak times causing the pile up of guests....

Having booked this hotel pretty last minute and in a rush to get something sorted, I was slightly worried that due to the location it was going to be a tough night to get any sleep however I was wrong. Check in is available online prior to arrival however check in at the hotel was really easy too. We arrived...

Absolutely loved my stay here. The room had modern decor and was very clean. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was very nice. More vegetarian options would be good. They had lots of selection for breakfast. Loved my stay and would visit again.

I always try and stay at this hotel whenever I visit Manchester, it's very close to the city centre and also to many of the bars and restaurants. The rooms are large and airy and very clean with flat screen tv and tea and coffee making facilities. It also has a restaurant (which I didn't use, though it looked very...

I love the room. It was large and modern, and I slept better in the bed than I do in my own. The usual hotels I stay in are minimal, but the Premier Inn is both luxurious and a good price. Although the room was too warm at midday, we understand that the air conditioning was being installed.

We arrived after a very long journey and were very happy to find plenty of parking spaces, we'd seen they were on a first come basis. At the reception we were greeted by a lovely lady who checked us in quickly and told us everything we needed. Our family room was alot bigger than expected and had a bath, a...

Stayed for one night on Saturday 3rd October. Our room (twin) was huge and recently refurbished. It was far nicer than many so called 5* hotels - really comfortable and clean. It was perfect. The staff on reception during the day were lovely as was the night 'doorman'. Helpful, welcoming and very polite. Despite being a Saturday night, the hotel...
