the apartments are still great but this was not as good as previous premium apartments have been. I did request a certain apartment in December so I gave plenty of notice. My bedroom did not have a dressing table or mirror and the plug sockets in the bedroom were not next to the bed so my phone/alarm was on the...

I booked an apartment on Commercial Street because it was close to my work and I was going to a concert with a friend. Got a 50% off deal. I needed to get up really early so having separate rooms and bathrooms was great. The apartment was really clean. The bedrooms were very large. Towels were provided and shower gels/shower...

Lousy room 48. You can hear the wind whistling up the lift shaft. The lift clanging away all day. Not a good room at all. Beware not to accept any room next to the lift. The view is over the car park and the is a terrible draught coming in through the balcony window where the sofa is situated in...

The reviews on this Aparthotel are totally a mixed bag. I had booked well in advanced and got an amazing deal compared to what I paid for using a budget hotel that was more expensive and never again. Reviewed at a later date. We had a two bedroom for three people. It was spotless. Snow white towels and all the...

Really ruined a nice two night stay! Was impressed at first until the price sank in £189 for two nights plus £100 deposit, from then I found the service to be acceptable at best, unhelpful! Whilst getting ready to leave the apartment my girlfriend was doing her makeup in the main bathroom, I then proceeded to go into the bathroom...

My boyfriend thought he was booking us a 5* hotel, imagine our disappointment when we turned up here. The rooms are worn and shabby, a 2* at best. Beautiful views on the bins around the back too, woken up nice and early by the bin men collecting 20 large bins. Bad! Don't waste your money!

Four of us (two couples) shared a two bed two bath apartment for three nights. Two double bedrooms on top, 9th floor, of new apartment block fifty yards from Deansgate station. Good view of the Hilton. One bedroom had small en-suite shower and toilet, apartment had a separate bathroom and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen/diner. All the internal doors squeaked and...

Booked via lastminute.com using their 'secret hotel' option. I have stayed here previously, and I wasn't disappointed. So when I found out that I would be staying here again, I was delighted. It was booked for my birthday, being near Deansgate it was ideal and everything was walking distance away. The only problem I has was the parking prices £15...
