The hotel is not very far from the city center and is easily accessible by public transport. It has plenty of parking and the service is great. The breakfast spread is impressive and the rooms are quite spacious. The health club and pool are on the smaller side, but good enough to get some exercise.

Stayed here on business (3rd year in a row) and we had a couple of dinners at this hotel. The food and service is excellent and is always a pleasure to dine here. The rooms in this hotel are big but dated. The rooms need a revamp.....

Spent a weekend as a family, the rooms are spacious and the service from everyone in the hotel very friendly. I had reservations about staying with the kids in a big "business" hotel, but it felt very relaxed and cosy. Breakfast was varied and abundant.

This hotel is well situated if you are working at the European Parliament. The outside is tired and bland concrete however the reception and ground floor front of house were relatively new and bright. Unfortunately the rooms were even more tired and in much need of a refurbish. The quality of the TV reception was also poor. Breakfast looked attractive...

Expect nothing too fancy from this hotel, the breakfast leaves so much to be desired and it's marginal at best... the dining room could use a good cleaning and although the staff is always doing something, the food area is rather dirty. The sports bar is good and they have a limited food menu that's convenient. The room was nice...

Arriving at 4.15am after a long, hard drive from England, The Mercure was the first hotel I spotted and immediately pulled over at. We were exhausted and hoped that there would be a night concierge as we had not made any reservations. To our relief, there was, he was friendly and my two sons and I were swiftly shown to...

We found the hotel welcoming and friendly. The room was superb and exceeded expectation. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city and trams. The only thing we found was the room was a little hot but it was winter.

We have stayed at this hotel when it was a Holiday Inn. We love the location and its easy access into the centre of Strasbourg due to how close it is to the tram line. This Mercure serves a great breakfast in the conference center dining room. The staff were helpful and informative. The free parking was a plus that came at a price - a location that is pretty far removed from the center of town.
