Having arrived in Strasbourg by train, this hotel is ideally placed, just across the square from the station. We would consider this more as a business hotel than aimed at tourist visitors, but it is well equipped, nicely decorated and has good quality furnishings. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful throughout our short stay. Breakfast is a buffet with...

Le Grand Hotel is conveniently located opposite the railway station and has excellent tram links to the historical city centre. However our "superior" room had the tiniest beds I have ever come across in a business hotel. In fact they were so short that we had to place the spare third bed at right angles across the feet of our...

Opposite the station, 5-10 mins walk to old city, this older building is a very comfortable hotel. Nearby garage parking at discount rate. Good breakfast buffet. rooms at the front of the hotel can be a little noisy.

The great advantage of this hotel is that it is a two minutes walk from the station, the minor disadvantage is that, as a consequence, it is a ten minutes walk from the city centre. It is comfortable and convenient. Our room was large, but a little spare. The bathroom was recently refurbished. WiFi is free, but a little clumsy...

We booked that place via booking.com and got a good fare for 4 nights. The regular prices (see pictures below) would definitely be too high. Breakfast is average, rooms are ok, could be renovated.. dirt layer on the walls, mold points in bathroom... but floor was clean. Parking was 300 away, next to the train station. Staff was really friendly...

We stayed one night in Strasbourg in "le Grand Hotel". The location is great since we came by car and we could park close to the hotel. The room was cold even tho the heating devices were on maximum(it was pretty much snowing this day). I missed enough sockets in the room. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff friendly...

The hotel is 3* and that is probably the correct star rating, My room was small, 2 single beds, but very comfortable and lovely pillows. The bathroom had recently been refurbished, some of my friends' bathrooms were a little dated. Good shower and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. None of the normal toiletries, so take your own A...

We were travelling as a family together with you son who was 9 months at the time of our stay. Because of that we had quite a lot of luggage that the reception kindly stored until our rooms were ready. We had booked a standard double room and I asked for one with a bath tub if possible. When we...

We only booked the room the morning we arrived. We were surprised to get a corner which is big in French standard. It has a good view of the Gare de Strasbourg. It is not a huge fancy hotel but clean and sufficient for a quick stay. Breakfast was average but services were friendly and efficient.

It is a quite new and comfortable hotel in a very good location close to the Main Rail Station of Strasbourg, although, we arrived with our car and we found a very convenient garage (Parking Indigo Gare Wodli) just some 200 m away from the hotel (with a special price reduction for Le Grand Hotel guests). The main touristic attractions...
