I've been to Hotel Beaucour at least five times over the last 10 years. It's been constantly "downgraded" in the ranking and after this year I don't really wonder why. They are rated a four star hotel but the heating didn't work. Obviously we weren't the first to experience that because the hotel offered us a small radiator within minutes... More

This hotel is easily accessible by the tram, which was great for us since we arrived by train from Germany. It's right near the heart of the city so we were able to walk everywhere once we were settled into our room. There are cafes, restaurants, and even a small grocery store right near the hotel, and even more if... More

Really great location, just 2 minutes to the Cathedral after you cross the bridge. Parking could be though but it’s not as there is a garage just next door, but obviously not for free. Hotel has a nice terace in case of good weather you can sit outside. 24 hour reception, helpfull staff. Clean and decent rooms with flat TV,... More

We recently stayed in Strasbourg for three nights at the Romantik Hotel Beaucour. Fantastic. It's easy to get to from the train station (the city's Tram is great) and is located in the heart of this historic city a short walk from the cathedral. The hotel is utterly charming, has quiet comfortable rooms, and serves a wonderful breakfast. Just as... More

As others have said, the hotel is very well-located -- an easy walk to most anything you'd want to see or do in Strasbourg -- and the staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were high quality and varied enough to be worth the price. We stayed in a "comfort room" and thought it was quite small. Also, the... More

Large, clean, well maintained room with very cute furniture. Staff was great (I heard the front desk worker switch between four languages effortlessly) and location is unbeatable. Excellent for a mid-priced hotel. Only reason it doesn't merit full points is because the air conditioning wasn't working (in an August heatwave).

Location: Perfect! A lot of bars, restaurants, Sightseeings around. You can achieve the hotel easily by tram or walking from the central station. Employees: very professional and helpful. Amazing service. Room: well decorated, clean, comfortable and big. The hotel in general is very clean, well decorated and managed.

We have already stayrd three times at this hotel and can truly recommend it to families. There's a great room underneath the roof (402) that offers plenty of space and some privacy to the parents as there is a bed up on a landing. The room isn't too hot in the summer and quiet enough with the windows open. Parking... More

Highly recommended, very central, this is a quiet and very charming little place. Rooms have everything you need and parking is just next door in a decent public car park. The entrance, through a tiny courtyard, is lovely. Wi-fi is inconsistent, but good restaurants are outside and the cathedral, shops and boats are 5 minutes away by foot. For an... More

I booked over the phone and that was very easy with, they claimed, a big discount on the room. They have an elevator too! My initial room was nice, clean and opened to an large inner area that was very noisy. The pigeons were pecking at the walls like rats and there was a lot of noise from other buildings... More
