Stayed three nights in the Campanile; everything was good about the stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped (excellent bathroom); the staff were polite and helpful (and forgiving of badly-spoken French), and the car park underneath the hotel was very handy. Just one thing: the roads nearby are small, crowded and often one-way only; so when we were driving to...

My wife and I spent 2 nights here in early May for our honeymoon trip. The room was new, clean and very comfortable. The place is a bargain! It has all the things you need (free WIFI was great!), It would be good if they have a safe in the room... Location wise, is very convenience; right beside of the...

I stayed in the Campanile Bordeaux Centre for 4 nights. It was a good-value option if you stay in Bordeaux. Just a reminder, this hotel is not located in the Bordeaux City Centre. Pros: (1) A very convenient location though it is not in city centre. Just 3 minutes walk from the Gare Saint Jean (Bordeaux Train Station) or the...

The location was great, just a stroll to the tram and station. Just as detailed on the website, although rooms a a bit small. Clean, comfortable with pleasant staff. Did not encounter any shady characters, must have been away for the holidays. Great value for money. The secure carpark was a bonus... although we did have to pay.

Presumed that this hotel was in the centre, but fooled by the name. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, nice rooms bar and eating area. However it is in the middle of the red light district. This means that to get to the train station you have to pass the prostitutes and pimps on every corner.

We stayed here for one night and primarily chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station which we were using to travel through to Paris the following morning. What I liked about this hotel is that although it was cheap it provided everything you needed with style, the decor was modern and fresh, and everything was very...

This hotel does what many hotels fail to do, it delivers all the basics with a little bit of style. The design is sharp and unfussy; the rooms are bright and clean; the beds comfortable. What we liked about the breakfast was that it presented a small menu, with freshness as the goal. The little bowls of fruit were especially...

Positive: Clean, correct service, near to the trainstation and tramway, nice breakfast. Negative: No beer after 10 pm (huuuh!), badly soundprooved walls

Being so close to the train station, this hotel was ideal. The city centre was also not far away, but we tended to get the tram, the stop for which is also very close. Rooms are small but clean and functional. It's not trying to be something it's not - it's basic, but modern, well designed, and well formed! The...
