Good location, friendly reception, large room. Expensive for what it had to offer as building is a bit run down and features strange decor ideas (odd pieces of old furniture). Very comfortable bed though. Appreciated the room size too.

2 very good reasons to go on our website : First, You have a complete view on our hotel so you are not surprise by our concept and our decor And , our BEST PRICES are only on our website. For exemple this guest, in direct, would have paid 109.00 € the night (breakfasts included) by BOOKING.COM he paid 112.00...

A good value charming hotel in a quiet residential area yet only 5 minutes stroll to the beach. The buildings are typical of the large houses that populate that part of town and even though we booked a “petite chambre” the room was quite large with double aspect windows. Although slightly old-fashioned the hotel has a warm homely feel and...

Everything we needed for a short 3 day break. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was simple continental style but everything was fresh. Staff were very efficient and helpful. This is a lovely old fashioned hotel, located in a quiet and fashionable area a short walk from the town and the sea front. It is family run and perhaps...

Stayed at the beginning of July, before it gets too busy in St Jean de Luz, with my Dad, my Sis and my little dog. We had a great week, having taken the half-board option. The rooms were big at the top of the hotel. Warning: there is no lift. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. The food is simple but...

Reception very helpful. Didn't get a croissant first day as dining room was full and we were asked to return but obviously they ran out of croissants. Room was ok, Shower ok, decor a little old fashioned but all clean. Good location close to town and beach, parking a bonus but have to get there early to secure a spot!

We are fairly frequent visitors to St Jean de Luz & due to late booking end August this was the only one available. I am now not surprised. Firstly off street parking slightly misleading as limited spaces available & on a residential street so street parking not always easy. The hotel itself is more than tired,it is exhausted. The entrance is...

A very nice family-run hotel. Free parking in the garden. The hotel was easy to find when we came driving. Very good location in a quiet area but still close to the beach, a nice walk to the sea. We had a big room with a nice bathroom. We also had a very nice big balcony with chairs and a...

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst waiting for our Saturday changeover for our house rental. Very clean with friendly, helpful service. When we arrived we were allocated a room up several flights of stairs which admittedly had lovely views looking over the ocean. However our 11 year old dog has arthritis and when mentioned we were quickly allocated the disabled...

Nice staff in this family-run hotel. Big and spacious room. Very good location, just a short walk away from the beach and not far from the main street in Saint Jean de Luz. Children friendly. Free parking. Some facilities might need to be updated, but this is just a minor gripe. We will definitely try to stay at Hotel les...
