This is a real vacation hotel on a lovely beach in Concarneau.I had a standard room big as a shoebox, a very tiny room for 2 . The room balcony is great since you have a great sea view. The restaurant of the hotel is quite good with a lot of seafood choice. The hotel still need to be refreshed but it ha a certain charme

Ocean views, right on the Beach. Every room has a balcony. Idyllic and fun setting. Easy access to the beach and shady coastal walks to secrets Coves. Amazing sunset views. 10 minute cycle ride to the beautiful mediaeval town of Concarneau with its picturesque walled town of boutiques and restaurants. A bustling market adds to the charm of the harbour town.

I must certainly congratulate the reception staff for their kindness, recommendations, and advice. We had a Junior Suite which was roomy, clean, and had a sea view. The room was not luxurious, but had a decent bathroom, and a sofa in the main bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the WIFI fine. My main concern was the bar and restaurant staff who were over extended, and this resulted in some wait time. They were friendly enough, but I thought they might be a bit reluctant to wait on foreigners because of the language difficulties. Remember this area is a tourist destination for the French, so the prices are a bit on the high side. We used street parking, and there is a lift for accessing the rooms. The location is beautiful, and our stay was enjoyable, so all in all things were good, although I might research similar lodgings in the future.

I have statyed just one rainny night during low season (january) while visiting a french friend that lives in Britany. A modest family run B&B that offers average services and still have some room to improve in customer service and overall facilities. The price was also a lit bit above of what should be ajed for the overall experience during a very low season night. It's already a common sense to read many reviews of people that can't truly understand cultural differences as well as local habits or manners. I had a warm and friendly treatment during my stay.

Incredible poor service in this supposed 4 star hotel. Far too few staff to cope with number of guests wanting to eat. Long wait for drinks and food and food although okay, is certainly not worth the money. Great views but if you can see it out of the mucky windows. It is always a worry when the other guests leaving, wish you 'good luck'!! Avoid at all cost!!
