This is a hidden gem at the riviera of Brittany, but is becoming quite popular so won't be a hidden gem any time soon... We enjoyed staying there with my wife, I enjoyed sauna and the spa, jacuzzi, the swimming pool etc., the balcony provided a nice view of the sea, and the room was spacious to take in two persons comfortably. The cleaning service was excellent, and the bathroom and towels well taken care of. One problem is that there is less and less staff each year who speak (any) English, but it's our fault that we did not learn French yet. Something to do in the future! Oh, yes, and the restaurant significantly improved as of from last year, the meals were simply top class (the resort probably hired a very good cook this year). The reception staff were so good and nice, and my wife enjoyed the wellness facilities and staff there were also accommodating (although did not speak any English as per last year when they were able to recommend plenty of things)...

I can recommend this resort with 32 degree pool, amazing staff, excellent breakfast. If you wish to do teletravail, do not count on the resort wifi, does not work, had to use phone wifi. I do not recommend the dinner at the hotel - 2 hour service, really too long for a menu meal, and the quality of the main dishes not great. Need to reserve SPA In advance.

Overall we had a pleasant stay in Thalasso Concarneau Spa Resort. Service was friendly and the room was fine. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. We did find it hard to keep the bathroom dry after showering and an extra light fixture closer to the shower would have been nice. The bathroom was clearly recently redone, so it was a mystery why it was such a dark room. Too bad the wifi was very slow. The hotel is located close to the beach, but sadly you have to cross a very busy street when you want to go to the beach. We enjoyed the wellness facilities immensely. Everything was very clean and great care was taken to make everything corona proof. The inside pool filled with sea water was lovely and an ideal way to relax after a busy day. The outside pool for families with kids looked dreadful though. The breakfast was good, but we found the process of filling out forms the day beforehand to be a bit tedious. Especially because the first time you are unsure about the quantities you are ordering. Turned out that for our first breakfast we ordered too little. Luckily the staff brought us some extra bread. Appreciated! Tip: please make sure you provide your customers with water at the breakfast table.

The spa is definitely worth a visit for its salt water pool with a great variety of jets and powerful geysers, its sauna and its hammam. It’s only allowed to children 14 and older, which has its pros and cons. However, everything else at the hotel is mediocre. The outdoor pool has no chairs and no towels and looks like the pool at a Super 8. The internet is so slow it’s basically unusable. Our bathroom had a broken drain stopper and poor water pressure. The reception is completely unhelpful. Though it’s not entirely the hotel’s fault, the view from the balcony is underwhelming.
