The hotel is located at 10 minutes walk from St. Malo's walls. The room was nice but very small with toilet and shower not fully separated from the rest of the room. Friendly and helpful owners. Parked the car just in front of the hotel. Decent breakfast. A little bit too expensive (but probably reasonable by St. Malo's standards).

Whilst this is a budget hotel, and very good value for money, the reason that I give an excellent rating is because of the welcome and attentive nature of the owners, a lovely pleasant couple. But more importantly for the cuisine which is exceptional, true French cuisine at good prices. The wine served was excellent. The hotel rooms are basic...

Stayed here for two nights in September. Very friendly owners. Great breakfast with home made preserves. Comfortable but basic rooms but as expected for the price. Bedrooms would benefit from upgrade as a bit drab compared with the restaurant and bar areas.

I stopped in this caffee as it was stormy outside and we needed a warm and pleasant place to stay. We ordered drinks and desserts and i had Best Crème Brulee I have ever tasted in this place. Amazing and home made! Very friendly staff and let us use wi fi for quite a while as it was raining outside....

With two nights to spend in St Malo at end of holiday and having stayed one night in a hotel room that was a bit depressing, we moved to Port d'Attache which we found by chance. Lovely friendly family run bar hotel. Room small but really nicely done out and very comfy bed. Didnt try the restaurant which is closed...

Once again this wonderful, small family run hotel and restaurant comes up trumps. My wife and I stayed for three nights for her birthday celebration. Tired of big chain hotels with their permanently smiling staff, we chose yet again to stay at Le Port d'Attache. There's nothing pretentious here, the rooms are a bit small, but the wide view across...
