Hotel staff was very accommodating. Our first room had a bed that was so hard I could not sleep. Also just a double bed. The second room had a shower wth no door or curtain, which meant the floor was soaked after showering. Had a king sized bed with little storage space in the room. Hotel is not air conditioned....

Stayed at this hotel last week. Lovely airy room, three windows, very comfortable, quiet room. Staff very helpful, very good buffet breakfast, wide choice of hot & cold. Indoor pool heated to 30c, very relaxing. Very big beach just across road from hotel, good for swimming, very clean sand. Good restaurants within walking distance. St Malo town approx. 25 mins...

Excellent stay in studio (perfect bed) Pool (inside) and jacuzzi (outside), nice restaurant and helpfull staf. Approx. 25 min. walk over Boulevard towards centre of Saint-Malo. Tip you can also take "bike taxi" back via Boulevard to the hotel for approx. 10 euro's for two persons.

This stay was the last night of our short trip to France and it was supposed to be a splendid end to a splendid trip, however, the hotel does not really live up to its billing having seen better days! First, although the map on Expedia where we booked the hotel makes it look like it's on the sea-front, it...

Our trip was excellent and we returned fully rested from start to finish. We would recommend St. Malo to anybody wanting a short break. We did think the restaurants within the City Walls were sometimes over the top on prices but there are deals to be had if you look around

Good quiet location; a bit hard to find due to all the one way streets but worth the effort. We stayed for three nights in room 210. IT was large and very comfortable with a huge double bed. Electric shutters kept the room dark at night. A great little coffee maker but no facilities for tea. Breakfast was average bur...

This slightly old fashioned Edwardian hotel one street back from the seafront, built as a casino, is a good pre-ferry choice. We stayed demi-pension, but a better choice would have been to stay room only and eat off the a la carte menu (avoiding coach party fare and taking breakfast after boarding the ferry. )Excellent and not expensive local oysters!...

The hotel is located very close to the beach and 20' by walk from the old center. Service is very good, nice people. the room we had was probably not the best at all, at least I hope so. Was-it because we booked it by Booking.com? The pool is huge an dwarm.

I stayed overnight before catching a ferry to Portsmouth and found the hotel to be in a perfect location for the beaches and the old town which was a 25 minute walk along the promenade. From the moment I arrived the staff were very friendly and very helpful and the reception staff spoke good English. The hotel itself was clean...

A very nice and comfortable hotel. Beautiful rooms with clean bathrooms. The foyer is very warm and interesting. The patio and gardens very attractive. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Very good service at the bar but they don't serve late hours.
