This B&B is located on a narrow street in a quiet residential neighborhood. Sylvie is a warm and welcoming host. She helped us park our car in a secure parking area, giving excellent directions for the tight maneuvers needed. We stayed in the Blue room, which was clean, comfortable and just right for our one night's stay. Sylvie speaks excellent...

The B&B is on the large island on the River Eure. Our room was on the second floor and was spacious, modern and at the same time rustic, clean and comfortable. We also had use of the kitchen dining room next door. Our host Sylvie was very welcoming and provided lots of useful tourist advice. A big plus for this...

What a great find! Its quiet location in the charming oldest part of Chartre is only a short walk from the cathedral and city center. The rooms have been tastefully modernized but beautifully keep the character of such an old building. Sylvie and Fabrice were welcoming and helpful hosts, both with enough English to make non-French speakers comfortable. She presented...

We stayed here during 2 nights on our bike-trip, following the Santiago de Compostela-route. The reception was heartwarming and our host even offered to wash our dirty bike-clothes! That's what I call service! Our bikes were securely locked away. The B&B is located in a quit neighbourhood, but close to the city center. Our room was very nicely decorated, comfortable...

A very friendly and professionally run bed and breakfast. There is a safe car park only 30 mts away. Very close to the Cathedral and river. The hosts were most attentive and helpful with maps and even made a phone call for me when I was late in returning my rental car. Could not have asked for anything more. Breakfast...

This is the second time I have stayed at this lovely B&B and I think it is one of the cleanest, most charming and most affordable B&B's I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. This time we stayed in the blue room. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom with it's large tub and shower came with fluffy...

We returned here on our way back to Paris after a 3 month tour of France and were once again welcomed warmly by our hostess Sylvie. She treated us like old friends rather than paying guests. She had pre-booked a restaurant for us as requested when we made our booking. We stayed in the Blue room once again. It is...

I booked our room at Les Conviv'hotes online and was impressed with Sylvie's swift response. I was also surprised not to have to pay a deposit on booking; this implied trust and flexibility and was much appreciated. The house was easy to find and it was very useful to have car parking on-site in the centre of Chartres. My husband...

This is a well located B and B on a small historic street. Sylvie is an excellent hostess. She communicated well prior to our arrival, welcomed us, and had even assisted us with a requested dining reservation before we arrived. She speaks English well which also helped us. If you arrive by train, we suggest you use a taxi to...

“Our room was at the front and the street light is quite bright. Use the shutters on the outside of the window to darken the room. They are easy to use.”

“All rooms are up a narrow flight of stairs - choose small luggage!”

“When I travelled solo on 2011 I stayed in the yellow room and enjoyed a wonderful sleep in the double bed , but this time in 2013 I chose the blue room since the large bed could be divided into twin beds.....both rooms are beautifully decorated , but I lived the huge bath/shower in the blue room. The yellow room has a cute view of the small garden below....but the blue room is larger.....”
