What a gem. Small and boutique with ever helpful staff, this is more like a private house than a hotel. Seriously close to the centre of town and so you can enjoy the charms of champagne and bubbles with ease.

This is a lovely little family run hotel. It has a small, secure, free car park that is locked at night. It's a short walk into the centre of Epernay and the wonderful Avenue de Champagne.

Hello Linda. I've only just seen your question so it's probably too late to answer but it seems to be a relaxed arrival time as long as the hotel know. The owner is an elderly lady who lives on site. Arrival was notified to us as "after 1:30pm" so just email and let them know when you'll arrive. It's an unusual place, do not expect a normal hotel with normal procedures but that is its charm.
