We visited this restaurant 3 years ago but sadly we did not enjoy our visit to cafe Latino this time. The service was poor and the environment rather dirty. Such a shame because the menu is good (but sticky) in particular the mussel dishes. It may improve on a quieter day

Looking for somewhere to eat on our long trip home we were tempted into Le Latino Cafe by the ambience and friendly approach of the waiter. We were not disappointed. The food was very good, the range of drinks available was excellent and the service very good without being pushy. 15% service is included on the menu prices. We would... More

We made an online reservation and received confirmation that a room was booked. Upon arrival at the hotel we were "greeted" by a very unfriendly staff member who did not seem too happy in having us. He then told us that he did not receive any reservation and that the hotel was full. We showed him our confirmation but no... More

I was here on my way back from Austria for just one night and it was so nice. Very clean room and bathroom and quiet surroundings although the location is fantastic - right in the town centre. I was woken up by the pigeons - such a good feeling!

Knees need to be able to cope with windy stairs to tiny room. All very adequate and clean. Brilliant price and location in middle of town couldn't be better. Restaurants and bars of all kind within easy reach. Parking overnight pricey; the disadvantage of central smaller hotels. Bar beside/beneath rooms made delicious Irish coffees Rooms very quiet

My wife and I recently stayed here for 3 nights in early October 2013. The room was small and dimly lit. The bed was uncomfortable. There is no one at the desk and the hotel is a door off the street with key card access. You have to flag down someone from the restaurant to check in. When we did... More

This was our last night away after a two week European tour on a motorbike. We had been to Reims before so we knew that the hotel was in a great location for bars and restaurants in the main street. We arrived and found that there was no direct access into the hotel as it was all key coded. I... More

Found the hotel in the car by seemingly driving through the equivalent of Trafalgar Square and parked up, Tony the host had lived in England it turned out so could helpfully speak a bit of English - firstly he directed us to the room for a look, then suggested where I could park securely in a multi-storey round the corner... “The back side has a not so attractive view but is probably quieter than the front. But we were there on a weekend when the bars and restaurants stay open later. It may be quieter all over during the week. We noticed on Sunday morning there weren't nearly as many tables and chairs set out so maybe just weekends are noisy. But we were tired and slept without any trouble.”
