The only problem is wi-if. It either is not working or too slow. In all other aspects the hotel is good. Especially the staff both at the desk and "in the field" :). I would really recommend it to everyone :)

The hotel is perfectly located. If I had come with my husband I would have requested a larger room but as we were a group of 11 girls celebrating a special birthday, we found the weirdness of the hotel quite amusing. We were in room 602 and tiny would be a pretty apt description, there was just room to walk...

A difficult proposition to rate as it it neither average, nor very good. A good status best reflects this venue. It is located in the main pedestrian street and close to the train station. It is very convenient to do anything, such as dining, sightseeing, and for business. The room meets the basic needs and is comfortable, the wifi works...

The hotel staff at the reception were very warm, friendly and very helpful and were able to communicate perfectly in English. The hotel was nicely decorated with cosy corners for reading at the room level and a vending machine if we need any snacks or drinks in the night. The family room was also good enough to fit 3 persons...

Nice and sweet period hotel style in the heart of Reims. Temperatures outside were cold but room over heated. Rooms are quite small but okay for a couple of nights. Staff helpful. Not easy with double baby push chair due to many areas of the hotel with a few steps and elevator very small but we managed to get on...

Central position, friendly, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good although perhaps more thought needs to be given to easing the crush when a lot of people are trying to "self service" Decor modern and seems to be a work in progress.

Stayed for two nights whilst on a Champagne tasting weekend. This is advertised as a 3 star hotel (French ratings) and is just that. My rating is based on that fact. If you want 'plush' probably not the hotel for you.The hotel is situated on a pedestrian road with lively bars that have a lovely atmosphere but are noisy as...

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel du Nord, the decor is really nice and the receptionist was very friendly and chatty. It is in a central location which is great for accessing the city but also means it gets noisy, walls between rooms are also quite thin. Compact but pleasant room. Breakfast is at an additional cost.

Very nice hotel, clean, reasonable size rooms, helpful staff, very central for the main street with bars and restaurants so it's very noisy til after midnight on a Saturday. Even noisier with window's open due to no air-conditioning. Ask for room at the back but I don't think you can escape the noise. Restaurant attached to the hotel is very...

"Superior" Double Room for 2 adults with Shower/WC, without A/C, without Breakast around 80€. Super central to a huge amount of restaurants. The room was comfortably large and clean, the shower stall within the bathroom was too small and without a shower curtain/door... resulting in a wet floor and uncomfortable feeling while taking a shower. Supposedly new bedding, mattresses were...
