Stayed one night and only plus was the seaside room overlooking the beach and hearing the lapping water. Bathroom was still stuck in 70s with shower head affixed with someone's hair and since god knows when and water pouring onto the whole bathroom floor (room 14) as the seals must be old on the shower. Perhaps as it was off...

We spend few days here as a stop during a motorbike trip around Corsica. Very nice and charming hotel. Comfortable rooms with a great view. Good base to visit the city of Bastia. Quite good breakfast and fast service. Small beach but very clean and quiet. Quite a good deal considering the hotel rooms prices in Corsica.

The hotel is a few kilometres from Bastia, but provides a good base for ferry travellers, or for those wanting to see this part of Corsica without staying in Bastia itself. The hotel offers spacious rooms which have balconies directly overlooking the Mediterranean. Flat screen tv offers numerous channels including English news. There is a good sized pool, bar and...

My boyfriend and I stayed here after being told we could not stay at Hotel Cyrnea just up the road (see my review not that hotel page). The staff were so welcoming even though we'd just turned up quite late in the evening, and accommodated our every need. The room was extremely clean with a lovely balcony and seaview. Overall...

Nice hotel with close location to the port. The rooms are modest but comfortable. There is a nice table on the porch to sit and enjoy the view. The pool is nice and the sign stated it was closed at 7pm. Our kids swam until around 8pm, which was nice as we arrived a bit later. There are steps down...

We had a wonderful sea view from our room including a balcony! Clean and spacious room, very well illuminated and warm. The bed was very comfortable. We've enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient. It's a little bit expensive but definitely a place to visit again.

we stayed for a few nights. The views from our room balcony and from the restaurant/bar were beautiful. The hotel was about a half hour walk from the port and restaurants. The bed and linen were very nice. The overall experience was somewhat impersonal.

As this was in October it was beginning to get quiet. All good size rooms face the sea. If you like walking this is a great place - its about 1.5 kms from town. Clean and good value for the price. The breakfast buffet is average+ but a nice location.

We spent two nights at l'Alivi on a bike tour. The rooms were great, the view was fabulous and the staff was very helpful. However, the real test of quality of staff occurred 2 1/2 weeks later when we showed up asking for help. Corsica had a horrific rainstorm and we needed a room the night before our flight out...

On the edge of the Mediterranean. The setting is superb. However, having said that, the building feels "worn". The bathroom has been updated and is the highlight of an otherwise mediocre room. Excellent balcony view. Small refrigerator - no wine glasses or corkscrew to be found. Bed not great. Cleaning staff were good. The hotel was full, but the amenities...
