The entire hotel is being renovated so currently smells like fresh paint everywhere, but once it's all done the hotel will be great with new modern public spaces and fresh rooms. Free wifi internet is fast and reliable but you need to log in every 24 hours. Location of the hotel is easy walking distance of about 10 minutes to...

Our room was clean and a decent size. The hotel accepts pets. Breakfast is adequate but the price is steep (19€ per person). On previous visits we have ordered dinner from the bar, the selection was limited but tasted okay. INSEAD is very close and the chateau is only a 5-10 minute walk away with the business district with its...

Thank you for this return, we hope to see you again very fast in our hotel.

Room was reasonable, and staff friendly. However food choices were very limited and what was available seemed to be pre-prepared and cooked from frozen. For the overall quality I felt this was over priced and better options are available locally

Nothing more Nor less what you expect from a Mecure. It was convenient and very easily accessible to INSEAD. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Room was tired, and worth noting that they upgraded me to a suite. I'm really appreciative that they did!

Mercure, as most of people knows, is a good hotel in any place! Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good. The Lounge Bar was quite good but, for me, could have more privacy and music. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful! At the reception I can nominate Gerline that helped us on our arrival and...

Last Worte in 2012. Northing has changed. Still needs upgrading, IKEA type furniture, only two English Channels on the TV in spite of the preponderance of international guests. Pre-fab plastic bathroom mouldings with 1980's style hairdryer. Why they don't upgrade is a massive oversight by the marketing department. With thousands of executive guests every year going to INSEAD nearby who...

The hotel is close to the INSEAD business school (and around 10 mins. on foot from the palace and the city center), which the only reason most people choose to stay here. The hotel provides the average Mercure standard, which is "OK". The rooms are spacious, have free WiFi, a TV and aircon. The bed was not very comfortable in...

The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance from Insead business school and approximately 20 minutes from the Chateau. The room was large and quiet. The hairdryer was poor but reception provided a decent hairdryer. Breakfast was good and gluten free bread was provided. Shower temperature was inconsistent and only soap is provided (no other amenities). Reception staff was very...
