I'd booked this hotel based upon reviews on Tripadvisor and because I wanted to be somewhere central in Paris and this seemed to tick all the boxes. I had booked two rooms, one family room for my wife and I, and two children and one for my Father in Law. The family room was almost double the price of the...

Returned last week from a lovely three night stay here. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I traveled with a friend who was a gold level Marriott rewards person so our breakfast buffet was included in our room charge. Omelets, scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, salmon, potatoes, etc made for a many choices for breakfast. There was not...

I was really impressed with this hotel and the entire staffs are very kind and caring to their guests, most especially Madam Claire (one of the shift supervisor). I mentioned that I’m celebrating my birthday in Paris and she was kind enough to upgrade my room to roof top suite. The room was pretty big and has an amazing amenities...

We really enjoyed our few days here. Our room was very spacious and had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room because we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. Great location and an easy walk to many sights. The staff helped with everything we asked. Would stay there...

Enjoyed staying here in a top floor room facing the courtyard/meeting facilities. The room was great and even had one of my favorite amenities. An ice maker down the hall. The staff was terrific, especially the housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. It is difficult to find a hotel in this part of town for less than 500 euro....

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, and would recommend it to anyone looking to feel comfortable and safe in a hotel (and neighborhood) in Paris. The hotel is a 3-min walk to the M2 train, and less than a 10-min walk to the Arc de Triomphe or the M1, M6, or RER A trains. By far, the...

Fire alarm went off around 2am fortunately was a false alarm. The staff managed the issue terribly as people were panicking and trying to flee while the staff already knew it was a false alarm but did not promptly inform guests. Also I expect ted an apology the following morning for the terrible disturbance but none was given!!! Room is...

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night in July. The location is unbeatable and the rooms were very sleek and modern. Unfortunately, we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the restaurants or experience the service. I'd definitely return on a future trip.
