We stayed for the weekend recently. The room, 3rd floor ('family room' two queen beds) was a good size with the tiniest view of the Arc but I wasn't really bothered by that. Spacious, clean, good selection of toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. The location is good (especially if you want to visit the Champs Elysees area) and the parking is...

This is a fine hotel with a combination of European trademarks and American owned Marriott consistency. It's located a couple of hundred yards from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees is less than a quarter of a mile away. In other words its perfect for those traveling to Paris who are not overly familiar with the City but...

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. We stayed on points and were still treated very well by all of the people we interacted with. The concierge was also very helpful. Also, the breakfast was very good. One night, we had a ceiling panel leak, and their service recovery was very nice. They immediately found another room to...

Spent three nights at this hotel with our family of three adults. We had a Jr. Suite, which was spacious, clean and comfortable with a partial view of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Remi, one of the concierges (Navigators) was so helpful. He assisted me prior to our arrival with tours through...

Hotel is in a great location within sight of the Arc de Triomphe and between two metro stops, making using the metro very convenient. As a Platinum Elite member, they treated us very well, upgraded our room and included buffet breakfast (which, by the way is very expensive if you are paying for it!) The hotel is very modern, not...

Hi Fellow Travelers, I am 20 year traveling salesman and stayed at thousands of hotels for vacation, work, and conferences. I am platinum elite and they treated my wife and I like royalty. Best Vacation stay ever. I used points and they upgraded us because room was available (off season). Included breakfast and Ms Ming remembered our name every morning....

We just returned from visiting Paris for 4 days. Hotel is in great location near the Arc de Triomphe. We walked to many places as well as using the metro as stop was about a block or so away. The concierge remi was very helpful as well as other staff who assisted when he wasn't in. Tour reservations, dinner reservations,...

I was on a leisure trip with my wife. We ended up picking this hotel because the price seemed reasonable. At the end of the day, we didn't think it was worth the price based on the amenities and service. The location was about 2 blocks from the Arc, and a nice neighborhood nearby. We also had a high room...

We stayed for 3 nights in September in the Penthouse suite overlooking the Arc de Triomphe and could also see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. We were spoilt with an incredible stay- breakfast buffet fantastic, staff very friendly and incredibly helpful (restaurant recommendations spot on), room very clean and well appointed. Definitely recommended if you are looking in this...

I do not understand the positive reviews of this hotel. I found it massively overpriced with mediocre facilities and inconsistent service. The location is not very good. The hotel is set on a busy and unappealing street utterly lacking in charm. (Tip: if you stay here, use the Ternes metro station. It is a very long walk from Charles de...
