Isabel in front desk( day time shift) is superb! Very attentive and nice! She greeted me with her sweet smile every time when I walked in, she even moved me to a bigger room when there was one become vacant and available. She booked the shuttle for me, so, I could catch the early flight to Sweden, the shuttle is... More

Our stay here was not without incident, however Isabel, the daytime front desk receptionist was excellent. She is extremely professional with excellent customer service skills. If you can afford a room to yourself, which is what we did, it is well worth it as rooms are very small and there is no privacy. Breakfast was great! Location was very accessible... More

When you work in hospitality you should know better. Sending lots of love to the day time receptionist and the cleaning lady , otherwise you... More

Dear Doudou D First of all, I would like to apologize if your stay was not at the level you expected and at the level I would like my customer to be. The room wasn't huge and the whole hotel was quite small, but the service was great, the room had everything you need, the view out onto the street was quite nice and you really felt like you were in Paris there. Also, the basement breakfast bar was pretty cool. Like eating in a cave!

This place certainly served the purpose, but was quite small. I understand that in general European hotel rooms are quite a bit smaller than those in the States, however, this room was the smallest we experienced over the course of our 3 week trip. That being said, the location is good and very near a metro line. Easy walking distance... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
