Pleasant and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast, but not much to choose from. Great junior suite with balcony. Remember to use the free smartphone to optimize your visit to Paris. Slept great. Not much City noise. Would visit again :)

'Hotel Les Theatres' is a uniquely decorated hotel, if you adore theatre you will love the attention they have given to the posters and playbills and the naming of the rooms - in particular there is a 1950's feel to the place. We were in the 'Georges Feydeau' room, but there was no farce involved. Just a lovely (somewhat small)...

This is a cute little hotel with lots and lots of charm. Its also situated in a great location. We actually walked from here down to the Seine and then right along to the Eiffel Tower. It did take a couple of hours but we were strolling, stopping for coffee and taking in the sites. There was also nearby metro...

Perhaps not for those that are used to luxury 5 star but I found this hotel both quirky and a refreshing change. Situated just outside the old red light area of Paris, this base can reach most landmarks of the city within 20 minutes via tour bus or metro. By far the best USP are the staff who are pleasant...

My wife and I spent a mid-week break here staying for 4 nights. The hotel itself is very quirky. The staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather small and lack any wardrobe space, there were a massive 2 hangers in our room. But there is plenty of shelving to put clothes. We paid for breakfast to be included and...

I stayed here for 1 night during a business trip and I had chosen it due to its location(which worked well for my purposes), the good reviews and the fair price. My room was relatively small but ok size and did not have a view but the style of the room and the whole hotel was very charming. The bathroom...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
