This is a nice hotel, with lots of amenities. The only "downer" for this hotel is that the rooms are "cozy". We Americans are used to larger rooms than these. Having said that, the rooms are clean and kept that way.

Some colleagues and I took a weekend to enjoy the sights of Paris. As others have said, there isn't a better location. The rooftop provided an excellent view in all directions. Rooms were very comfortable and clean though somewhat small. The staff was accommodating.

As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this
area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.

the breakfast is very good, both in the selection of foods available and the way they are presented. The only negative, for us anyway, is that you are in the basement of the hotel, with no windows. If you want a true Parisian experience, go to one of the many cafes just a few steps rom the hotel. The breakfast will be much cheaper, and the scenery will be much more interesting. Bonne Chance!
