Nice little hotel for what you pay. Room is small but that is the case for most hotels in Europe. Well looked after and the staff are very nice and helpful unlike many other people in Paris. Location is very good. Five minutes to train station. Wouldn't stay here for a long time due to room size but if you...

A lovely, small family-owned and operated Paris Hotel that provides first-rate accomodations at reasonable rates. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has enjoyable local fare at the recommended restaurants. All public transportation is convenient.. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great combination of comfort, hospitality and sensible costs in a lovely city.

The staff at the New Orient Hotel were very friendly and helpful. There is a laundromat and grocery store across the street from this hotel. The main tourist attractions are a bit far to walk to from here but the metro is nearby to take you there. This neighbourhood in itself seems to be very lively. As for the room...

TripAdvisor highly rated this medium-expense hotel, and the location was new to me, so I tried it and loved it. Very European but utterly charming, with charming decor, everything squeaky clean, painted, and attractively decorated, and very helpful staff - even though my French is pretty awful, they politely mixed their responses in English and French. WiFi in all rooms...

My brother and I spent 4 nights at the New Orient Hotel the first week of Oct. 2011. The room was clean and comfortable even though it was a little small. The hotel was quiet and well maintained. Staff was helpful and very nice. The hotel was close to all types of transportation and it was very easy to get...

We stayed four nights on a short holiday. The location was perfect for us as we could access everything we needed. Although our room was quite small, it was very clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have something to put things on, but everything else was good. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a...

As many others, we chose to stay at New Orient based on the reviews here at Trip Advisor. Yet we had not stayed in Paris before and did not know what to expect of a 2 star hotel. We found the hotel, the owners and staff to be top notch. The rooms are typically small but very clean and our...

My husband and I stayed at the New Orient for 4 nights in September and absolutely loved the hotel and the staff. Yes the rooms are small but this is Paris. It is a classic boutique hotel you would expect to find in Paris. Exactly what we wanted. Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and we...

We chose the New Orient Hotel from Trip-Advisor based on its fantastic reviews and we were not disappointed, in-fact, it was far better than we thought it possibly could be as it is still very French and not an ultra-modern chic hotel. Cleanliness throughout the Hotel was outstanding. Breakfast in the Hotel was especially cheap in comparison to close by...

We chose the New Orient on the strength of the TripAdvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. It is hard to imagine finding better value for money anywhere in Paris. It may be out of the main tourist areas of Paris but that means it is comfortably quiet and unhurried. In any case, the Metro is a short walk away...
