Have been for a weekend in Paris in January. Location is very good, within 7-8mins walking distance from Arch of Triomphe, Champs Elysees aswell and train stations. However massive dissapointment with the hotel itself. On arrival, the lady from the reception was welcoming but barely could understand each other as she could not speak english. In the travel/hospitality industry, you...

Excellent hotel. Location is within a couple of minutes from Eiffel Tower. Room are very clean. Breakfast is kind of pricey, but excellent buffet style with great selections. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definetly stay there again and I would highly recommend this hotel.

She staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Location is great with good access to metro. Rooms were very small (even by Paris standards) for two suitcases. There was only a sliding blind between the bed & bathroom/toilet offering no privacy - thank goodness it was my husband with me not a work colleague. Plastic cups...

Our stay was pleasant, clean room, helpful staff and great location. Our only complaint was the time it took to check out. With only one staff at the front desk we waited about 25 minutes. We will definitely stay in the Mercure again.

Pros: *Location - 2 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, and a metro station, restaurants and shops all around *Clean - room and bathroom were well kept and clean *Staff - friendly, kind, and helpful and even went above and beyond to accommodate us after a booking mishap that was not their fault *Quiet - though the area...

Quite a busy main street so it was ideal that we were a few floors up, so away from the noise that I imagine we would have had on the ground/1st floor. The street is full of shops, snack bars and restaurants so they have some early morning deliveries. This was our first break outside of the UK as a...

Our big problem was with the bathroom. The sides of the bath were very high even for a person of 5ft 10ins, there was nothing to hold onto and the immovable shower posted the wrong way. The sink was an industrial sized rectangular one which wasted a lot of water for simple personal washing. Lighting generally was inadequate being peripheral...

We have stayed there before in Summer 2015 and it was ok, but this time was a disaster. The hotel treated us like beggars..and this is coming from a platinum member of Accor hotels, that means the treatment I've received includes the loyal customer's treatment! We have asked for a high floor room at the time of booking, they gave...

The hotel lies perfectly betwenn Arc de Triomphe and Place des Ternes. The room was clean and the furniture in good condition but the buliding in itself has no charm at all. The breakfast was under the average of a Mercure in terms of presentation and availabilty of the products.
