This place is centrally located in more of a locals environment. Trains station is a 3 minute walk. Grocery stores and mall are conveniently around the corner as well as restaurants, Patisserie's and fast food (if you're into that stuff when you travel). Checkin was easy and they did speak English. Our room was on the 4th floor. Everything is pretty quiet at night once everything closes down. We had no problems sleeping.
Our Room:
We had 2 twin beds, a table to eat at, a decent closet, a small utility kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, a small dishwasher, a sink with all the little necessities to function. I loved that the window opened for fresh air. There are plugs on each side of the bed for charging as well as at the table where there is a wall mounted 32" tv. The beds and sheets were comfortable (it's been a while since I've slept on a twin). The room was clean, in good shape and a good price.
Our Bathroom:
There is a wall heater if needed for towels, there are 2 drawers to accommodate towels, a small blowdryer, they supply bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. A shower over tub which is decent size and a retractable laundry cord.
The Lobby:
Coffee maker available also a filtered water dispenser that has sparkling water which caught me a lil off guard. There's a utility room that you have access to where linen, toilet paper and any other replacement items you may need for your stay. The utility room does require key access.

They have a buffet available for a minimal uncharge; coffee, pastries, hardboiled eggs, toast, the usual fair. Nothing fancy like a pool or anything but definitely a place I would consider when coming back.

The location was ideal. Steps from the metro station and on the outskirts of a traffic circle with cafes and bars to choose from.
Staff we thoughtful. We were in Paris for our anniversary. They had a small bottle of champagne and a card for us when we arrived in our room.
They had laundry facilities and used the WeWash app so if you are travelling outside Europe or with an e sim download the app ahead of time. Alternatively you can ask reception to start the machines for you and it will be charged to your room. $5 Euro to wash and $4 Euro to dry.
The room was ok. The bathroom very small and awkward. Our fan wasn’t working so it was very hot. I asked for it to be fixed and it wasn’t. The answer was to open the window. Not ideal if you can’t sleep with the noise.
You need your card to enter the hotel lobby so there is enhanced security.
Finding value in accommodation in Paris seems rather difficult. This place was acceptable considering the options out there. Basic accommodation with no frills and no daily cleaning service. We didn’t try the breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel at the beginning of January for the first time.
Great location - across the street from the metro station
Piazza della Italy along line 6 (with the possibility of going to lines 5 and 7),
which provides direct access to the Eiffel Tower and
Arc de Triomphe.
The hotel is part of the Italie deux commercial center, in which,
In addition to boutiques, there is a Carrefour supermarket.
So you don’t have to order breakfast at the hotel - you can buy any
groceries and prepare breakfast in the room, where there is a refrigerator, kettle,
microwave oven, full set of dishes, and even a dishwasher.
My room was on the second floor, the window overlooked rue Bobillot.
The room is spacious, bright, the interior is laconic.
The room has a large comfortable bed, bedside table, table and chair. The light is dim.
In the bathroom there is soap, shower gel and shampoo in dispensers, a hairdryer, a set
towels, bath.
The closet in the hallway has clothes hangers, a safe, and an iron and ironing board.
Friendly staff.
On the day of departure, I left my luggage in the storage room.
I saw a counter with a coffee machine in the hall, but I didn’t use it myself.
A few steps from the hotel there is a bakery with a large selection of delicious
baking - Chez Meunier.
Within walking distance from the hotel is the Buttes aux Cailles district, where you can enjoy
take a walk.
I recommend the hotel. In terms of price-quality ratio, everything suited me.
I will gladly choose it to stay during the next
visit to Paris.

We are a family of three who stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We occupied a family room that was meant to accommodate four people, but the issues we faced throughout our stay made it one of the worst experiences we've had during our travels.

The room came with a bath tub, which initially seemed like a nice touch, but as soon as we filled the tub on our first evening, we realized there was a major problem. The water turned cold after just one fill, and no matter how long we waited, it didn’t heat back up. We reported the issue to the receptionist, and he gave us a key to a studio with a bath tub, where we were able to fill the tub with hot water without issue. This was a temporary fix, and we were told the engineer would address the problem on Monday.

However, when we returned to our room on Monday, the same issue occurred. The hot water ran out after one bath, and once again, we were moved to another studio, this time with just a shower. While the shower worked fine, it wasn't what we had booked, and it was disappointing to deal with the inconvenience. We were told the hot water problem would be fixed, but it clearly wasn’t.

On Tuesday, when we complained again about the lack of hot water, the receptionist completely dismissed our concerns and insisted that we had been "lavish" with the hot water usage. This was not true – we made every effort to use as little water as possible. To make matters worse, we were told that after a few hours the hot water would recover. After waiting for six hours, there was still only mildly warm water, not hot enough for a bath. It was extremely frustrating to be blamed for an issue that was clearly a hotel maintenance failure.

By the time we left on Thursday, we were thoroughly disappointed by our stay. If you're looking to enjoy a proper hot bath during your trip, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. We’ve traveled extensively, and this was by far one of the worst experiences we've had, not only because of the lack of hot water but also due to the poor handling and blame placed on us by the staff.

We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves their maintenance and customer service.

We stayed (we are a family made up of 2 adults and two children) in this property for 2 nights. Apartment on the sixth floor.

Friendly staff available for any questions, available 24 hours a day.

Structure a little dated but comfortable and above all very clean. The toilet in a tiny room is not much. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is good and very clean.
Excellent kitchen equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, hob and all necessary crockery).
Comfortable and spacious sofa bed and bedroom, we slept well.
In the wardrobe there is a safe, an iron with an ironing board and many accessories (clothes hangers).

In the hall there is drinking water to fill your bottles before going out or returning to your room. The coffee and tea maker is also free to use but they don't provide cups and glasses so you have to bring them from your room.
We didn't try the breakfast (buffet €15 per person) so I can't rate it.

The Hotel is located right above a shopping center where there are many shops, bars, a bakery and a very large market which also has ready-made foods, naturally it is a shopping center for Parisian citizens so the prices (both shops and of the market) are correct.
And in the underground floors there is also parking (for a fee) in case you arrive by car.

Special mention for the POSITION, right below the hotel there is the METRO stop where 3 MAIN lines pass (5, 6 and 7) plus the RER (trains), in short you can easily reach any place in Paris.

Honestly, I would go back even if there was something to improve.
Good price.

Coming to Paris from time to time, I didn't know about this hotel but to try it is to adopt it: Very clean studio, bathroom with impeccable bathtub, fully equipped kitchen area, nothing is missing! Sensitive to noise I was not disturbed at all, very well insulated. The welcome is also perfect at all times and as it is a studio you have the possibility of managing a weekly cleaning service or not. I liked the coffee dispenser available free of charge at reception, it's a commercial gesture that few others make.
The hotel is located a stone's throw from the metro and bus lines, a large shopping center is also very close.
Thank you to all the employees for making this stay an excellent memory, see you soon!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s proximity to a shopping plaza, a metro station and various restaurants like KFC and Pret A Manger.

The room was clean, dust-free and airy. The bed was comfortable and wide. The fitted sheet was a bit scratchy but the mattress and quilt made up for it and I had no trouble sleeping at night. Bathroom was nice and well-equipped. Also a cute compact kitchen counter with a fridge. The street views were lovely and it was quiet at night with excellent lighting.

A lot of self-service options which was great including access to a room for extra needed supplies like towels; a breakfast buffet (with a cost of 50 Euros) offering bakery, cereal, eggs, sausages, ham and hot drinks and juice; and free wifi.

Would definitely recommend this place if one is in Paris. The staff are friendly and attentive to your enquires and can speak in multiple languages.

We stayed in an apartment with a bedroom and living room as we were living in a house with an 11 year old son. I could have stayed with 4 people as the sofa bed opens into two beds and is comfortable. The hotel reception is wonderful. Super attentive, friendly, helpful. They are really impressive.
The room was great, comfortable, clean. The bathroom is good but there is a curtain in the bathtub. When you use the shower the water goes a little onto the floor. But we put a towel on it and everything was fine. In fact, there are free towels and coffee at reception. You pick it up yourself and that's fine.
To buy things for breakfast in your room, there is a Carrefour in the shopping center next to the hotel. Or some markets in the region. We had all our breakfasts in the room and it was great.
The neighborhood is super safe and there are lots of dining options there.
If you get a room with a window to the street, be aware that you will hear a lot of noise until midnight, but at least you have a view.
Anyway, I recommend the place.

This hotel has a high volume of guaranteed guests due to it being I. Paris, and it shows.

The complimentary coffee station has no cups near to it meaning it’s almost entirely useless unless you’re unlucky enough to be on the first floor. Or unless you like taking cups out of your apartment to fill them then ring the lift with hot liquid.

Not enough pillows provided in the rooms. If you ask for more you’re told it is impossible to provide extra pillows (really?).

Dishwasher in rooms without a complimentary tablet so useless.

Poor quality soundproofing on windows so you can hear the terrible but enthusiastic Africa beat busker who turns up at about 5pm. Toilet didn’t work properly. Generally just not that great.

I had to stay 3 weeks in Paris and landed into this service appartment which turned out to be a nice surprise.

Conveniently located above the Italie2 mall where you can find a large Carefour grocery shopping, some restaurants and street market on alternate days for fresh fruits and veg! You can enjoy a local Parisian life! Chinatown is nearby if you want Chinese food, Gobelins and Latin district are not too far if you like to walk.

Helpful staff who provided me with an alternate WiFi so that I can connect my work PC. They can also print your air or train ticket if needed (Kely was even proactively handing me my print out before I asked her).

Clean housekeeping and very disciplined staff who can arrange daily schedule if I need to use the room or ask permission to get in if the cleaning is not scheduled.

Table inside the room as small although long and slim. I had to move back and forth my work stuff if I need to use it for dining.
