Very good situation - near Metro stations, and lots of restaurants, bars, good supermarket. As an older woman travelling on my own I never felt afraid in the area. Am sorry to read that others had a bad experience, but although I was out when it was dark, I was never out late. The room needs to be checked out...

Clean apartment with kitchen linen, dishwasher tabs and towels. Warm, quiet, not overlooked. View of Cimetiere Montmartre against a winter sky interesting. Next time we'd like a balcony with city views. Plenty of free coffee in reception. Only downside was hardwood floors which look good but means our last evening spoiled by the late-night clomping of inconsiderate guests above. Called...

The accommodation is nice. Smaller than the photos they advertise. My suite had not lounge space as expected. Bathroom is well stocked with towels. Bring your own hairdryer as the one provided is not adequate to dry or style! I had to endure noise from building works from morning until night, bar on Sunday. They advertise the rooms as being...

We had an lovely trip, we loved monmartre and Our hotel was very modern and clean and everything we could have asked for however there is a down side. Our only issue with the residence we stayed at was its immediate location, although the location was excellent for access to shops and amenities the residence is in a very dark...

Hotel is basic in its functionalities. Clean, tidy and quite are the best qualities. The breakfast was small and not that much choice. The staff at the breakfast was not able to satisfied our requests because not English speaker. Check in and check out were handled with no problem even if not as quickly as needed since the taxi was...

I brought my wife here for a 3 night city break for her birthday. The room is a studio apartment with fridge, microwave etc. Very clean and smart. It's an ApartHotel so no cleaning or fresh towels every day, but there's a laundry room. Location is right next to Moulin Rouge, 2 mins walk to Blanche Metro. The area is...

I love Montmartre. This hotel is located on a quiet street, next to the Montmartre cemetery, minutes from the Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic, a pleasant ten minute wander from the Sacre Coeur. Very affordable, I had a studio suite with kitchen, which meant I could 'go native' and shop for all my needs in the neighborhood shops. Of course, I...

We stayed here as a group of friends for one night. The rooms were a decent size and it had all the amenities we needed including a great shower! The area the hotel is in has lots of restaurants and bars and the metro was extremely useful.

This apartment hotel is a little cramped but has all the necessities and close to lots of shops restaurants etc. Our view was an old graveyard but it was kind of cool. Staying in Montmartre

Neighbourhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.

Located in a residential street 2 steps away from place Clichy, Citadines Montmatre Paris sits at the foot of the Butte Montmartre, close to the Moulin Rouge and the Europe and Trinité business areas. Montmartre may be famous for its maze of narrow streets and staircases, its vineyard and authentic village atmosphere, where imposing Haussmann and 1930s style buildings rub shoulders with charming houses and tiny gardens; But it's also renowned for its night life- the multitude of cabarets, cafés with resident portraitists. ... more   less
