Don't expect luxury. But very close to Gare Du Nord (recommend waking CAB Euro14) and a there is a metro near by. Travelling to all attractions (Veraille Palace, Chateau, Eiffel and others) by metro - is very convenient. Excellent break fast in the morning every day. If you travel by Eurostar please book this hotel as a return journey package....

My friends and I truly enjoyed our time in Paris and Opera Cadet was the icing on the cake for us. Couldn't ask for a better location - close to everything : metro (across the street), train, Lafayette, restaurants etc. Rooms are clean, breakfast was great, reception was helpful. We stored our luggages safely in between our stay there. We...

Great location. Nice and comfortable rooms for Paris standards... Towel heater in the room. A small garden in the backyard. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. One of the owner is always present. He even helped us with a small problem we had with the hand brake of the rented car... We returned and they were even more friendly... A very nice...

Returned to Opera Cadet after 5 years and loved it again. Great location on wonderful little street, around the corner from Cadet metro and a short walk to Notre Dame de Lorette metro. Easy to get just about anywhere, between the metro, buses on and near Rue Lafayette, and walking. Excellent breakfast, pleasant staff.

I very rarely write reviews on Trip Advisor, but this hotel's service was so outstanding, I felt the need to share. I left my camera charger in my room (I'm a professional photographer, so it's a big ol' expensive charger...) and discovered this after leaving Paris and flying to Barcelona. I called the reception desk at Opera Cadet but they...

Wonderful hotel close to shops, cafes and transport. Although room was smallish it was well planned. We had a double and a single bed, plus 2 comfortable lounge chairs, a wardrobe and a cupboard with shelves to put our clothes. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

Stayed here this summer. Have been in Paris a lot of times but this hotel was by far the best hotel I ever stayed in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Relaxing in the evening in the small garden was lovely and the rooms were very clean. Great location with gare de nord only 10 minutes walk away and...

Stayed here with my husband in July and fell in love with the hotel and the area. Wonderful service and excellent food. I must single out the reception staff who were so courteous and attentive, not everywhere you still find this service. Thank you all....will return.

travelling with my husband and 15 year old son, we had booked a triple room. We were given the smallest of rooms with a bed in front of the closet so that we couldn't open it all the way. Smelly, ugly room!! Breakfast was acceptable and the location was good. I would never go back.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
